They were able to complete the service within an hour. I'm glad Jesse reminded me about the potential issues if I had gone with Safelite's aftermarket windshield for my vehicle. I used Safelite on my previous vehicle many years ago, and you could tell it was an aftermarket windshield. I see now why it was affordable to pay cash without filing a claim. It was a Toyota Camry, so I didn't really care. Now that I have a luxury vehicle, you can't use aftermarket parts for everything. Thanks again to H&A for the excellent service. I will definitely recommend you if any of my friends or neighbors need their windshield replaced.

I said great, and that I'd call back in about a week to get it done. I called back on April 12, 2024, to initiate the work and was told the price was instead $250. I asked why the price changed and was told that it was never $210 and there was no record of my ticket or quote. I was transferred to someone else who confirmed the $250 price. I expressed my frustration and said fine, I'll just call back in a few days when I have the additional $40. Today, April 19, 2024, I called back and was given a price of $343. I expressed my frustration immediately, explained the now longer history of this experience and was rudely told that the price I mentioned is crazy before being transferred to a manager named Wesley who doubled down on the $343 price. He said the best he could do is $310. I said this was a waste of my time because I could've simply budgeted for the accurate price weeks ago instead of wasting my time with this inconsistent organization.
