This office is located in the lovely Parkland city center. I was looking for a new dentist near me…read moreand thought this would be a good place based on reviews here and on zoc doc. I was very wrong. So I ended up spending over 2 hours in this office and I was taken to like 3 different rooms. In one of the rooms I was freezing for like a half hour and was about to leave when the dentist finally came in and the hygienist brought a blanket. The dentist didn't even apologize or anything. She was just like, "You need a crown, you need this, you need that" and I was like whoa! Why? Then she finally started explaining. Then I told her I had TMJ and she said she didn't like mouth guards (gave no reason why) and that she liked Botox. I said ok give me a quote. At the front they told me $600-$800!! And that's every few months. No wonder she doesn't like mouth guards. Anyway, after that visit I didn't want to go back, but a couple months went by and I got desperate and tried to make an appointment. Guess what? No one answered the phone, no one called back my voicemails. After weeks of calling and no response, I gave up and found another dentist, but I needed my X-rays. I even pretended I was requesting an appointment online, still no response. I had to change my appointment with new dentist because this office wouldn't answer and wouldn't respond to me. I was about to storm in there and finally someone answered and gave me what I needed. Incredibly irritating and obviously don't recommend.

very bad experience they do nothing n charge $125 in the end…read more we went there before closing time they charges us for emergency visit to stay after closing time n end give us big bill for future management

I've been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for over 25 years, and I can confidently say the level of care…read morehas been consistently exceptional. My dentist first did my veneers 25 years ago, and they were absolutely beautiful and long-lasting. When it came time to refresh them about 20 years later, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else--and once again, the results were incredible. The attention to detail, expertise, and commitment to perfection truly set this practice apart. Beyond the dental work itself, the entire experience is always top-notch. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. It's rare to find a dentist you can trust for decades, but this team has earned that trust many times over. I'm beyond grateful for their continued excellence and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.

When I found myself in need of a dentist during my 5 months in Florida, I fully admit I was quite…read moretroubled by the thought. I have used the same dentist in NYC for approximately 25 years and the thought of going to someone else terrified me. However, as it turned out it was an extremely positive experience and I could not be happier with Dr. Schwartz and his entire staff. I must emphasize here that as someone with a Masters of Public Administration with a concentration in Management, I am rarely impressed with doctor's office staff, but I have nothing but kind words for everyone here, and it just keeps on getting better. Before I get started on the nitty gritty details, I want to stress that I research any doctor BEFORE I even step foot in their office. And since I was so absolutely NOT thrilled with the prospect of needing to go to a dentist in a state where I did not know any, I did even more research than usual to find Dr. Schwartz. I can tell you that hands down no one in a very large radius even came close to being as highly regarded by his patients than Dr. Schwartz, and with my experience with him under my belt, I know why. He is simply exceptional! Like many others during COVID, I neglected keeping up with my dental care. Hind sight is 20/20 and I do understand that was a major mistake. In my defense, I had severe immunity issues due to 32 years of illnesses and was understandably concerned for my safety. Unfortunately, my neglect of my teeth did not end with avoiding the dentist because of COVID. Chronic illnesses do not tend to improve your life and it certainly did not help improve my once fastidious grooming routines. Dr. Schwartz's reaction to seeing my mouth was to describe it as a 5 alarm fire. I deserved it! It is now almost 2 months since I first saw him. After my first appointment, which was an incredibly thorough evaluation, I returned home and told my Mom to make an appointment to come see him ASAP. I want to point out that my Mom had the exact same reaction to both his office staff and him as I did. They are both keepers. We actually tried to reschedule our return trip to NYC in order to complete some of my dental work with Dr. Schwartz. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond our control, it simply was not possible. However, despite that fact, I was able to complete the vast majority of work that needed to be done in my mouth. In fact, I was there today, and will be back in two days time, just so Dr. Schwartz can complete as much as possible before I leave Florida. I have very few rules that I live by (okay, I am stretching the true here a bit) but one of the rules I most believe in, is in not going to a dentist twice in one week. No offense meant here by my comment. It simply isn't my favorite thing to do! Despite that rule, the reality of the situation is that I am both lucky and privileged to see Dr. Schwartz twice in one week! Keep smiling!

This place should be shutdown!! It has taken me a long time to write this review since this place…read morealmost killed me!!! I broke a crown (they put in). I needed to have a tooth pulled. No big deal, it was in the back of my mouth. Dr Linsday Hill was 45 mins late, rushed through the procedure and missed a crucial step when she was finished, she never took an X-ray. The next morning I work up in excruciating pain and called immediately. I told them this was not normal. I have had teeth pulled, never in my life have I had this pain. After a week, Dr Hill saw me in cleaned it out and still no x-ray. Finally after week two, lots of drugs and tons of pain she finally had me see Dr Lombardo. Dr Lombardo did an X-ray and there was a piece of the tooth left. Dr Hill sent me to Dr Victor Celis and he put me under and removed the tooth. However by this point, I was spitting up puss, swollen and in tears. I got a second opinion. My savior, an oral surgeon in parkland saved my life! Dr Ross Miller sent me to the ER and had me in surgery the next morning to drain the abscess this place caused from their negligence!!! Then to top it off a few months prior, Dr Lombardo replaced my bridge. Well guess what she did it wrong!!! I had to have the bridge replaced after only having it for a year and a half. Thanks to her I lost another tooth and I'm having to get 2 implants. Do not go to this place!
