I didn't want to hassle with trains/the underground with tons of bags and potential pit pockets as well as trying to figure out the routes. Taxis also made me nervous because even though they should take credit cards, I read some horror stories about them not doing so and didn't want to have to worry about having that much cash on hand. There was also no way I'd rent a car and try to drive into London. I read positive reviews about Just Airports online and the rate seemed really reasonable compared to Uber or a taxi so I booked them for my ride to and from Heathrow. I was a bit worried having never used a car service from an airport how pick up/drop off would be if flight times changed or getting through customs/passport control took to long, etc. However everything went completely smoothly! We landed early into Heathrow but our pickup was there and he got us right to our destination! At the end of our trip, we left our hotel and our driver was already waiting to take us to the airport. The doorman said he was even there a little earlier then our pick up time which was really nice to know. The prices were great and it was nice to have everything paid for ahead of time so that we could just sit back and relax once we were actually on the trip. It's as easy as putting your flight number and landing time as well as your drop off/pick up point if having them get you at your hotel and then you just pay ahead of time! I will definitely use them again!

Like most minicab companies, the types of car used can vary, but they're always clean. It's mostly Vauxhall Zafiras and other people-movers, but once I was picked up in a near new Mercedes C Class. If you're not going to an airport or train station, remember to ask for an exact price, rather than a vague estimate, from the dispatcher when ordering a car. I've made that mistake a couple of times and have had drivers asking for about 25% more than the going rate upon arrival at the destination.

I was never told any additional processing fee. When I called the company regarding the undisclosed fee, they said there is nothing they can do and just left me there. Needless to say, I was forced to pay the additional fee even though I got a quote upfront, while being very clear with what I needed to avoid the hassle on the day of departure.
