To start, I've only ever had the pizza and poutine from this place. That being said, it's the best…read morepizza in Cornwall, Ontario. Hell, it's the best I've had personally in S,D, and G. My girlfriend loves the poutine. It's not made with curds, it's shredded cheese, and it's OK. The meat lover's pizza will fill you with a single slice. But my favorite is the north end special. Not a place you can eat at, but definitely a place to order from.

Had a craving for pizza so I looked for the most OG Montreal style pie I could find in Cornwall via…read moreGoogle. I chose North End Pizzeria (NEP) because of the many good reviews and judging the pictures. 1. I ordered around 5:25 PM, delivery took about 35-40 minutes. In spite of a generous $7 tip the driver gave me a blank stare and walked off. Here's a tip for you: say THANK YOU, wish your generous customer to enjoy their pizza. It is not difficult. Give it a try sometime. 2. The pizza looked impressive upon opening the box. I ordered an XL 17" All Dressed pizza. It looked a little off, so I busted out the measuring tape...16" not 17". 3. After a couple of slices the review is this: - loved how much pepperoni was in the pizza, see the picture for a thickness cutaway view. - did not like the taste of the pepperoni, as it is a lesser quality. It was bland compared to what I am used to in Montreal. Tip: use a higher quality ingredient and less of it. The pizza will taste better. - the dough/crust lacks flavour and is prone to burnt spots on the edge. The crust doesn't rise like a Montreal pizza. It is a little dense. - the vegetable portion. For those who don't know a Montreal All Dressed consists of pepperoni, green peppers, and mushroom with the normal tomato sauce base and mozzarella cheese. The veg portion is skimpy at best. Conclusion: Overall 6.5 / 10 Food. 6.5 / 10 Service 6.5 / 10 Generous on ingredients but bland due to lower end and/or lack of ingredients.

This restaurant is so delicious. I ordered a large poutine and jumbo pizza for a birthday party and…read moreour server, Helen, was so fast and the price was very reasonable. We had a booth in the back and it was very comfortable. We had a lot of privacy and the children had a blast. Definitely recommend, awsome place to go especially for pizza. I'm not a large man and the chair felt like was going to give way at any minute. The waitress who served us was.... average. I can't think of a better word. She did not do anything to stand out however provided proper service. The menu had just recently been changed but still offers a wide variety. Pizza, submarines, sandwiches, Greek, Canadian... lots to choose from. King George is also fully licensed. I chose a light lunch today. I only had a grilled cheese sandwich and a bowl of pea soup. Sadly, I was quite disappointed. The grilled cheese had a hint of onion taste (unintentional I'm sure) and the pea soup was very thin and crunchy(?). I was dining with my father who had a hot roast beef sandwich which looked much better but I can't comment on it further than that unfortunately. The price however was very reasonable. We got out of there for $20 including tax and tip. The overall cleanliness of the dining area was nice albeit older. Although it had been awhile since I'd been to King George and I didn't have a great dining experience, I will definitely go again based on many past much better meals. I look forward to doing an updated review because this particular visit only warrants 2 stars.
