I would like to know who's the owner of this laundrymat very poor customer service when I stopped by to tell one of the employees about the machine taking $7 and I had to start another wash because the machine read ERROR the 2 Spanish ladies started speaking Spanish to eachother aggressively and saying NO very rude so I asked who's the manage?? A very rude white guy that spoke English perfectly stepped in to talk to me and he clearly said there's no refunds and I can't come there demanding anything free. I explained to him how the ladies were being rude and He told me HE TRAINED THEM NOT TO TAKE SHIT FROM NO ONE but failed at teaching them customer service and satisfying customers and having a great experience not to mention that they're probably illegally working there and I was being too kind because I should have called the cops because neither one of those ladies seem to be legal. I work in good hospitality the guy clearly asked me how would I take care of the situation I explained to him make sure I satisfy my customers especially returning customer. We did our Laundry there today, my card was over card by $ 6.30. Largest washer is supposed to be 9.75 each. Did 2 loads charged 10.00 each. Dryers .35 for each 5 minutes for big one. 1 load for 35 minutes should have been 2.10. 2nd load went into smaller dryer for .35 for each 6 minutes was set for 30 mins should have been 1.75. Had to put clothes back in small dryer for 1 6 minute cycle. They charged my bank card 3 X 10 for a total of 30.00. We have used this place before and did not have a problem until today. Not going back and they owe me 6.30 for over charge. They won't answer the phone and the attendants don't speak english. Too bad zero stars isn't an option. read more

Charge you $3 for some dumb card like you have to pay a fee to pay them. Have to have exact bills to put on it because the card can't be used anywhere else. Came in with my son and the bathroom was locked, no staff and he couldn't ride the restroom the entire time we were there which is a huge problem for a young child. Dryers were packed with clothes already dried and no one emptying them, people were using the carts for purposes other than laundry so there weren't enough for the rest of the customers including myself. Was not a pleasant experience and won't be returning. read more

Laundromat is good lots of dryers and washers. They have a card you have to purchase then renew money on it. The cleanliness of this place isn't that great. I haven't seen any up keep of the place since I started coming here. read more

I'm irate that they charge $3.00 just to get a plastic electronic card to use the machines there. $3.00! They make you use these cards. And so if you don't live here and don't have a need to use it again, then you would have to spend more time and money on gas to drive back here to get the card fee and the amount left on the card back when an attendant is there! So they are ripping off people. I HATE laundries that make you use their card system. They should provide a way to get the fee for the card back & any money left on the card by returning it to the machine and getting a refund. And most laundromats that use a card system only charge a $1 deposit on the card. ITS A RIP-OFF HERE. Or they should have an option to use quarters, so we get what we pay for. So beware, this is the extra price you will pay to do laundry here after the attendant hours. I gave them 3*'s because it is a nice clean laundry with machines that all work well. It's well lit with tables to sit at. And on a cool night it was nice that it was warm inside. And it seems fairly safe to do laundry here late at night with no degenerates hanging around. I haven't found a better 24 hour laundry, but wish there was one that uses quarters for their machines. read more

Great experience. I am from out of town and I needed a place to do a few loads of laundry. When I got there a little before 9am an employee was busy cleaning all of the machines and making sure the place was tidy. Although you can't use coins to do the laundry the employees there clearly explain their card system. You have to but a card and put money on it but they refund the price of the card and any unused balance. Very friendly staff, clean and affordable. They will be my 'go to' laundry whenever I am in Naples. read more

I was on this place the Thursday close to 6 o'clock am. Is only me in the laundry. At approximately 6:30 a small woman who works there arrived, I was the only person there. She started to pick up the carts and hit me with one of them. She didn't apologize and I ignored it thinking she hadn't even noticed. My wash finished and when I went to take out my clothes to put them in the washing machine I realized that my cart with my washing products was gone. The woman had taken my cart and put it next to everyone else, I didn't say anything because I am a very patient person. I proceeded to put my clothes in the dryer, when this woman started telling me that she had to clean and that I had to move, that she usually closed the laundry room at that time and that she was doing me a favor by leaving me there. Obviously I didn't leave but I did tell her that since she arrived she had been very rude to me and that everything has a limit and she told me that she was doing her job and that she was not going to stop doing it for me. It is not the first time that she mistreats me since the first time I went to that laundry I asked her about the bathroom and she ignored me completely, and it was a client who told me where it was, to which she commented that it seems that there are people who are blind or want to be held by the hand. I let her know that I was going to do a review about her behavior and she started insulting me, and when I told her that I was recording her and that I was going to put it on Facebook because in fact she must be rude to other people she didn't come back to say a single word. read more

They don't have waffles but you can do a small load of laundry for 6 dollars your first wash and 3+ thereafter. Managment is nice the place is. Completely full at 7:30 on a Saturday. They wash clothes for you at something like a few bucks a pound and 1 day turnaround. read more

My home washer is on the fritz and needed a quick laundromat. This place is clean, cheap, and uses a reloadable card so you don't need quarters! They have vending machines with snacks and different soaps, plus an ATM machine. They are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - so very convenient. We came during the day and felt pretty safe! In strip with other businesses and gas station for added convenience. Tried another in Naples near Mercato and it was a DUMP! I'll be back here for sure! read more

I have used this laundry mat for weeks spending money to do my laundry because my dryer is broke. I have high risk people at home and wear a mask even though it is not enforced in the establishment. Today as usual I set an alarm on my phone and waiting in my car because no one wears a mask inside. When I walked in to switch my clothes over the employee that works there decided to take my stuff and pile it all on baskets that they left out in the open for anyone to see or take things. He had just finished when I walked in. I didn't leave my things unattended and I don't like that someone touched my clothes and I don't know if they are safe because he is not wearing a mask. I guess I will be looking for a new place to do my laundry. read more

Unbelievably expensive, my net cards required and had to pay 3 dollar "deposit" and keep feeding money but no refund or return of deposit with money left. Dirty floors, folding stations and was tubs. Very few carts or chairs. Worst I've been to in years and won't be back! read more
