Closer metro stations are Aragon and Facultats. City center is reachable in 15 minutes walk, or with a few bus/metro station, and more or less at the same distance but on the opposite direction there's the Playa de Malvarrosa. The flat consists in four bedrooms (a single, a double with bunk beds, a double, and a double with a third bed for a kid), two bathrooms (one with shower nd one with tub), a fully furnished kitchen available for use, and a large living room with TV. There's also a terrace, washing machine, and free Wi-Fi internet. A basic breakfast is included every morning, but it can be integrated with personal shopping and the use of the kitchen. Rooms furniture is also pretty essential, but for a few days' stay and for the cheap price it's definitely OK IMHO. If I am going to return to Valencia in the next future I'll probably stay here again, despite being a bit out of the center.

The place offers lots of…read moreadvantages to explore the city of Valencia: the position is central, not far from the train station and it's in a neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are big. It's possible to have breakfast too for not too much money. The only inconvenience that we encountered was the bed of my travel companion, which broke down one evening because it was cheap Ikea material. We called the landlady over the parlophone to explain the problem three times and three times she told us that she couldn't understand us. That could have either meant that she really didn't understand us or that she didn't want to understand us because it was nine-o'-clock in the evening. If it was the first case I really hope that the parlophone has been fixed now for other guests not to have kindlike problems. The day after we were any way offered free breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience, so I didn't feel like I had that much to complain about.
