I'm in Sonora for two weeks, had tried other places during past visits, major problems with the machines working properly, several not working at all, so I figured I'd go a bit out of town and try it. Well maintained, clean, comfortable atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly. The dryer got a large load of clothes dried the first time... I didn't have to add $10 and dry for 3 hours. It says the call if you have any complaints or you need a refund to call her number the manager which is the owner. But nobody gets any refunds. She doesn't want the customer to use the bathroom she thinks they'll tear it up but it's already torn up I wouldn't use that bathroom. It's pretty gross.

The good is there were enough washing machines there, although one was posted as not working. The one next to it had an error code in the display, so we avoided it. The bad was the dryers were very slow to dry and ate more quarters than any other laundry we've visited. The bathroom there is locked and not available to customers. This is the first one we've used with no bathroom, that's a negative. The place was clean and we felt safe there.
