This car lot just has junk cars that break down constantly and I had to get the bureau of automotive repair involved to get them to fix a bad brake booster in the truck I bought from them because they refused to pay to have it replaced and that's a safety item that legally requires the dealer to have in perfect order. It took me 3 months of fighting them to get it fixed and this is after I bought a car that the transmission went out after I had the vehicle for a week and a half and they had it for two months in their shop at Auto World that they also own and they couldn't fix it so they said that they sent it to Mercedes Benz to get fixed because it needed the electric shift pack for the transmission and they lied to me saying that they were out of the parts so I went to Mercedes Benz and they said that my car was never there and they had a pallet of them sitting in their shop! So since they lied about it because they didn't want to fork over the $800 to Mercedes for the part I ended up making them sell me the Diesel that I had to get the bar involved in to get them to fix and needless to say that truck only lasted 15 months and the Turbo went out the transmission went out and it was throwing 13 other codes for injectors and other sensors that were all going out and the total cost to repair all of that was $14,000 and I paid $18,000 for the truck to begin with.... The owner of 209 Motors also owns Babacars and he has over 30 different business licenses with different names so when his lots start getting too many bad reviews he just changes the name of the dealership so people don't know it's the same goddamn dealership! I highly recommend that you do some research of who owns the dealership you are going to buy a vehicle from to make sure that they aren't owned by the same person that owns these piece of shit lots with fucking nothing but junk cars that won't last as long as your loan is for buying it! The staff is extremely rude and one of them even started getting aggressive with me until I got out of my chair and started to go back at him then he coward because I don't look like someone you want to escalate into a fight with. He changed his attitude really quickly when I told him what I was going to do to him if he kept yelling at me and disrespecting me because he sold me the Mercedes that only lasted less than two weeks so I went to get my down payment money back and when I told him I wanted my money back and I didn't want the car that's when his 5'7" 350lb self decided to yell and cuss at me that I wasn't getting my fucking money back and had the nerve to say "What are you going to do about it, I'm not giving you the money back and you're stuck with the car because you already signed the contract idiot!" Haha (and at that point he realized he fucked up!) so obviously that didn't sit well with me and that is why I told him what I was going to do to him if he didn't shut his mouth. That's completely unprofessional by every fucking standard of business and he's lucky that I didn't have bail money because I wouldn't have done much talking with him yelling at me and cussing me out. A few days later I went back to talk to a manager who was arguing with me about the down payment and that short fat bastard changed my paperwork and made it look like I only put $1,000 down and I really put $5,000 down... and then he fucking quit and told them he quit because I threatened to kill him and I absolutely never threatened to kill him I did say that I wanted to beat him half do death with my fists but I never said that I wanted to kill him! I would advise to NEVER DEAL WITH THE FINANCE WHICH IS " S&S " They are the worst people & atleast they could of acted like they love their job but instead They gave me a car and I had signed documents and placed a down deposit of 3,500 & also paid 200 on top of that for full coverage insurance. Not even 30 days and on the 13th day they sent a tow truck to tow the car back at 4 in the morning, then advised the tow yard to charge me 70 dollars to get my personal belongings. I was very upset and they REFUSED to refund me my deposit and I spoke with a few people as well they stated that they are the worst people to deal with. read more

a day ago I have to say that Lucky, the sales person was nice and very up front about the cost and discount. However after purchasing the car the Customer service has been horrible. No matter the issues I can never get a call back from ANY of the numbers or extensions I have. The only way I can get any assist is to first start with Lucky, a sales person who has to stop his work and call around. Although I appreciate his help I shouldn't have to go through this route in order to get simple questions answered. They need to quickly hire some new people to help them change the level of service or they'll continue to have low scores. They are a total rip off I purchased a 2007 Honda from them for $7800.00 in 1-2019 and put down $2200.99 and made three car notes in the amount of $286 and another driver totaled the car out. My insurance company called them to settle and they told them the payoff amount is $7317.00 stating I'm required to pay a $1921.00 finance fees which was based on a 30 month loan time frame that actually only lasted for three months!! These guys are classic salesman from Hades, buyer beware. You are guaranteed a lemon and a huge monthly payment. Their prices are insane, there selling grape juice at Champagne prices. They carry their own loans, they will repo your car before the first payments due. Your down payment usually covers the value of the lemon. If you switch insurance, they get upset, I changed to Allstate and verified the coverage with their scam loan company S&S auto sales. Next day my cars gone at 6am. They sold me a 3000.00 car, after payments I would have paid 18,000. Check out my picture's. They think women are stupid. Then my friend put $4,000 on a car that was messed up & she's stuck with! On my first late payment I asked if the girl could take it off due to my schedule circumstances working 2-10pm & they just changed hours from 1-5 for payments only. Why does Lily sit there & go over how this is my first late payment just to tell me she isn't going to take it off! Over $16, when I gave my first car that messed up on me back to you guys with a $30 full tank! Why sit there & acknowledge how it was my first late payment, girl the $16 doesn't go to your check so when I ask for your supervisor or manager why tell me no & continue to argue with me?? AWEFUL!! My brother bought a car from them, upon purchasing the car they told him it needed some work and he could pick it up in two days time. Two days turned into four. With in 12 hours of having the car the clutch blew out on the freeway. They did not offer to pay for the tow, but they did offer to fix the clutch. Two weeks later he got his car back... again, and in less than a week he had a check engine light on. Turns out he had some sort of sensor that would cause his engine to shut down. one month and all these problems, and this one they would not fix. I purchased a car from 209 motors feb 6th after figuring out what can get approved forwe went on the hunt for my car. The cars were all dirty inside and outside. Once I finally picked the car that I wanted it was time to talk about money, and payments . I was told to put down $1500 and the $500 can be split into 2 payments. I just go ahead an put down the $1500 and drive off in my new used dirty car. I take the car home and look under the hood to check the oil because the car started to act funny yout given a 30-day warranty so it should be fine no worries WRONG the car did not have any oil it ehat so ever I had to purchase oil myself and put oil in the car and I was not reimbursefor that either. The very next day second of me owing the car it fill up with water driver side and the backseat. I call 209motors iimmediately to figure out why is there a lake in my car an how are they goin to fix it he told me he doesnt know and that I will have to wait until Monday because the service shop is closed on weekends which is weird and then he told me tht I would have to take it somewhere an pay out my pocket to get the water out of my car. And no I was not reimbursed while im getting the leak fixed the mechanic informs that there is a oil leak. Monday I take the car to the dealership so they can fix my car he tells me that he will take care of everything dont worry. He told me my car would be done before the day is over and he will call me when its ready I explained to him that I had to be at work the pervious day so hopefully it will be done today. That was a lie he never called me kept telling me to call back in another hour and it was finally closing time an he told me the car was not ready and that he will do a detail for me for having to wait and they do not offer loaner cars or rentals so I had to walk to work. I didnt get my car back until 6pm the next day and I had to find my own ride just to pick up my car. When I got my car back my gas was on empty and I gave them my car.when it was on F they were suppose to be fixing the water leak and the oil leak so why would my car be on E. I explained that to him they complained and put gas in my car only to a half a tank. I took the car and my breaks are so loud its embarrassing they didnt make a sound before I brought the car in. I called him and let him know he said dont worry ill fix it bt I would have to make another appointment. Mind you about the water leak inside the car that they fixed left my floor soaking wet for a whole week. When it was time for me to bring the car in again and there was another fluid leak it was the oil again that they were suppose to fix. So now I need my breaks fixed and to fix the oil leak not only that but the battery light would stay on due to the fact that I needed a new alternator. I spent more time in the service shop then actually using the car. Then.I get a call for Lily the finance rep and she tells me I have to pay $500 for my deferred down payment . I explained to her tht I paid the $1500 so didnt owe but she said I did and I told her fine but Ineed to make some arrangements for that she let me know just like the salesmen that everything is negotiable. Come a week later my car gets repossessed and Lily tells me she is not handling my case anymore and it's been over turned to another finance rep I called Anna and asked her why did I get repo if I only had the car for a month and that Most of the time it was in the shop she tells me I would have to talk to a supervisor Sandra who never seems to be in. This used car stealership took advantage of my elderly father in-law. I only wish i were in town to better advise him. They sold him a Chrysler 300 that was previously a rental car, failed to inform him and failed to provide him with a proper car history report (Carfax). Instead, they gave him a generic report that failed to mentioned the proper history of the vehicle. Rental vehicles are the most abused vehicles you'll come across...and within the vehicles first few months, it's already exhibiting transmission and electrical issues. When i contacted Jose (general manager), to honor the service under warranty, he suggested I BUY the parts and they'd install them. Absolute nonsense! I'd give them zero stars if that option were available, for preying on the elderly to make their bottom line or quota. Shame on them...avoid for your sanity and peace of mind. read more

I must have been there around the same time Nicole was. I remember hearing that a woman had just purchased 2 cars. I purchased a car,there were things that were to be fixed and 1 1/2 month later I'm still waiting...I even got things in writing, spoke to my direct salesman, manager and general manager and still not being helped. Finally made a date to have my car fixed and noone was there. My husband left the car and not the key, he was even late to work because the salesmen got there half hour later than scheduled time. He talked to the manager and asked why were they late and how can he get the key there...the manager had a bad attitude. Nearly 2 weeks later we're still waiting for our car to be fixed. I give them no STARS this is the worst car lot I have ever dealt with in my life .On March 4,2013 I put 2000 down and promised to pay 2000 more in 30 days on a 2008 pontiac Grand Prix shortly after I drove off the lot I noticed that when I turn on the blinker the high beams would pop on. I called with a complaint and they sent it to one of thier shops. my car was there for 2 days and they did not provide me with a loaner, the next day I noticed that when Icame to a complete stop or got ready to switch gears the car would jerk really hard. I contacted the lot they asked me to bring it in when I dropped the vehicle off on a monday and just decided to drive by on saturday since I couldnt get in contact with anyone and they kept giving me the run around. When I arrived Max gave me the keys and told me they replaced the transmission and there was a 6 month warranty. Soon as I drove off the car did the same thing so I asked for a work order the manager told me there was no work order because they couldnt identify the problem. So my car sat there for 6 days they did nothing to it ,they lied and no one can explain why I was told the car recieved and new transmission with a six month warranty . Meanwhile I was dealing with a guy named Richard who told me that they would switch me to a different car since clearly they sold me a lemon.Richard needed some paperwork from me so he asked if he could stop by afterwork and pick it up i had no problem with that Richard Got to my house I invited him in while I got the paperwork ready and he had begun to drink a bottle of alchol that i had on the table in 20 min he was drunk and talked about everyone at the car lot how they all have DUI's no Licence and shouldnt be driving.I listened to him because I wanted to hear and Everything he had to say it just showed me even more what type of people i was dealing with .Unprofessional,Ghetto and dishonest they next day i went back to switch and every car they tried to give me was a piece of SHIT. I told Richard that I did not want the car and I wanted to get my down payment back he told me to clean the vehicle ,return it and they would roll back the deal and I would recieve a check in 7 days . I did as I was told when I surrendered the vehicle a salesman named edgar tried to make me take the car back home and give them the opporitunity to fix it again I said No he finally offered to give me a loaner if I let them fix it AGAIN my answer was NO. Then richard tells me to wait for a check in 7 days on the 5th day I contacted Richard and asked what was going on and he said he couldnt help me anymore but offered to sell me a vehicle on the street without letting the car lot know . I had the car in my possession for 12 days And they refuse to return my down payment , I am suing 209 Shitty Ass Motors for my down payment. read more
