Outdoor shower inoperable, water heater leaks because no expansion tank (installation not up to code), and ice maker inoperable because valve is missing which connects to water supply. EXCUSE from Marcus: He is not a licensed plumber. B. Spa air jet blower is missing (remote control indicates no spa jet function). EXCUSE from Marcus: He is not a licensed pool contractor. C. Electrical outlets and switches pushed into wall, kitchen light switch hot to the touch, lights flicker and dim, attic light switch trips guest room circuit, and neither door bell rings. EXCUSE from Marcus: He is not a licensed electrician. D. Condensation between high impact window panes; and mailbox metal split, peeling, and infested with insects. Broken roof tiles and loose fluttering roof diverter. EXCUSE from Marcus: He did not see these problems. OVERALL EXCUSE from Marcus: None of the above-mentioned problems or any of the other numerous problems existed at the time of the inspection or during the final walk-through with the realtor.
