Not only that but when I got home with a purchase, the lighting didn't work and when I called to tell them I was just in an hour before was told they "don't do exchanges on holiday items currently." The owner, one of the girls not wearing a mask, did eventually say she would look at it and see what they could do. This was a pretty negative encounter and I think with new ownership will come new problems for this boutique, unfortunately.

They took almost all day and didn't rush a step of the process. We have new sod in the yard and they took the steps to make sure it didn't get damaged by the machinery they used. It looks amazing and the price was less than we predicted it would be. They communicated well before and during the work and were very professional and kind. I tell you why, it's called taking people for fools and trying to refurbish some old sod you have at the back of your warehouse because you're more focus on the dollar amount than the service itself! And 8 weeks later, after complaining numerous times, and being given all the sob stories in the world, and all the lame excuses in the world, our lawn is actually looking terrible ( see pictures included ) and the owner of this company literally refused to take accountability for his actions, even having the nerves to mention possible " extra payments " if he had to come back to fix his own mistakes!
