I was not happy with the way some issues were addressed--a different agent showed up without an appointment when I was home, a problem with damage from a property inspection, and the keybox was not removed when requested. I did not receive regular updates and there were no open houses. She had a poor attention to details--MLS listing had errors, a sign was placed in the Homeowner's Association community area, and no shoe covers were provided for the showings. She was not available for the home appraisal and did not present the offer in person.
