WARNING WASHINGTON NC. These guys are a gang of criminals…read more They quoted us two weeks, maybe three to do a small bathroom remodel. The first two weeks they showed up four days total. Week three was spent moving the plumbing, four days of it. Week four they drywalled the bathroom, WITHOUT DOING THE PLUMBING FOR THE SHOWER. When confronted about it, Jesus claimed that they always cut holes in the new walls to do the plumbing. They used a plastic sheet water proof material, but did not install it correctly. There were air pockets and rounded corners and some areas under the sheeting had no backerboard. They were just going to tile over the open spaces on the walls with the orange plastic sheeting. The bathtub was not installed right. There was nothing under it, and it was not level. An absolute mess. Of course, they had no problem cashing our checks and lying about when the job would be done. Telling us the schedule would be Monday thru Friday 8 to 4 and then not showing up for days or saying they "were on the way" and never showing up. His crew consists of his family members and non-skilled people even though his website states they use licensed contractors. We have had another two contractors come look at the bathroom to get quotes to finish it and they have both stated the work was shoddy and found multiple mistakes. We are now having to hire a contractor to fix the work and are out the thousands that Jesus collected during the remodel. Do not give them a dime. Warning!!

Early this morning they called me back and said they could put me on the schedule next week. I explained that I was going out of town and I couldn't make that date. She suggested the week after but I explained that my garage door would be basically unlocked and anybody could open it while we were away because the chain was off. She put me on hold for several minutes. When she came back she said they were going to send someone out this morning! I think either the manager or owner came out and he had it fixed in less than an hour. It now works better than when we bought the house. Much appreciated. I would recommend this business to others.

I come from a family of plumbers (they don't live in the area), I had a picture of the wall, I knew the existing pipes were pex. I texted my master plumber kbrother what I needed and a picture for a ball park estimate of what he would charge and he texted me back a price in 30 secs. What a load of C#$^@! Why should I have to pay them to give them my business!!! So I pay $125 for them to give me an estimate on non urgent work, then I decide their price is too high and I'm out $125 for what?! Just call someone else. This is a terrible customer service premise. I can see exactly how they feel about their community. I am still so angry that I spent the extra energy just to give them a bad review. My family never did business this way.

They've installed a garbage disposal, 3 toilets, and cleared clogged sink and shower drains. Also to their credit, I've never had to call them back to work on anything they've installed. Very accommodating with scheduling and called me back earlier than expected to get my work scheduled. I highly recommend using Eastern Plumbing if you're in need of a plumber.
