Do not book this company to do artificial turf. They show up at 10:30am and leave by 2:30 most…read moredays and drag out a 1-2 day job (even with weather issues as per another reputable company's assessment) to over a week! Other problems include no use of weed barrier, incorrect cutting (as seen by the crooked, raw edges), improper gluing (it's coming up in places already), not running the turf to the fence as requested, laying garbage infill (as per the third party reputable company), lack of detailed invoicing (received a lump sum bill for job), unprofessional attitude (constant problems and needs to adjust my expectations as far as edging and laying of the turf), even had the nerve to ask me for a supply to lay glue down that they should have had, no offer to properly edge between the gardens and the turf (I provided edging that they refused to install, except for one area which wasn't even done fully)! When I complained about the issues the main person, Dave McKenna, had the nerve to blame me for the issues - apparently this company believes that the "customer is always wrong"! Terrible experience overall and am now booking another reputable company to rip out and redo properly!
