My RV had a pressure leak recently. It was eventually found…read morethat a rodent ate through the plastic piping used to supply air to the breaking system of this 42 foot pusher. After calling many helpful RV service technicians about this issue it was suggested I call Wilton Truck Center in Gansevoort (52 mi.) from my home in Glenville. Skeptically I called expecting a tow (big wrecker rig) if anything to get this bus to the repair shop. So the owner called back and assured my it could be fixed on site ( he was sending out his best technician). Same day I called! Sure enough, at the time promised this mobile unit arrived and Pointed me to a area of the problem (hissing air) at a hard to reach area ( of course the plastic tubing was behind an unreachable wall along the septic area.) This technician ( Brian Ash ) gave his opinion that a opening was needed to access this area behind a plywood wall. Of course I said, who is gonna argue about what was needed to be done! You're here BRIAN lets get at this tube I said! Brian was here 3 hours and did a surgeon's mechanical fix to this 2008 Newmar Dutch Star. I was very impressed with Neil's choice to call me back with complete confidence this RV would be fixed on site. May I say the experience with Wilton Truck Center was A plus. Thank you Brian and enjoy Sturges this year my friend. Sincerely, Mickey DeMarco Mic48porsche@gmail.com

I called Wilton Truck Center after finding them online and they were great! They saw us right away, had an awesome mechanic named Mike diagnose and fix the problem and an hour later, we were on our way. Thank you Neil & Mike!

I recently had my diesel pickup truck in to determine why the fuel milage had dropped off…read moresignificantly. The dealers I spoke with couldn't help because no service light was present on the dash. Stanley and Sons performed diagnostic testing and determined it was an emission issue. It's hard to find real mechanics now a days, but these guys are. Thank you!

I brought my motorhome to these guys to have the coach leveled as it tilted to one side. I was…read moreinformed a shim would not work and it needed an air ride suspension. So i dropped it off on May 29th 2026. After at least 15 calls and messages left for them after the truck sat in there yard until October 20th, I don't understand how it can take three months to add in an air ride suspension, every time I call it was going to be completed in a week. One time they told me due to COVID it was still hard too get parts. They finally got the parts and it took an additional two weeks. So on my last call after the 4th or 5th excuse they asked if there was anything they could do to smooth things over, so i said sure, i have a leaking inner right side rear tire , can you pull the tire and seal or check the bead. I was assured it would be taken care of. Well i pick up the RV got it home for winterizing and the right rear tire is still leaking air as it was not fixes, additionally as i was detailing the coach i notice a deep set of scratches in the rear as if someone had back into at their garage. I don't even know what to say, i have never had such a poor experience in my life. What makes it worse is my wife called me out to see the coach and she askes me what that crake is in the drives side window, its 8 inches long . It looks like it got hit by something large, so now i have to buy a 5000.00 windshield, i expect that they will not assume any responsibility for the damage they did or really acre about the poor quality service. Honest, knowledgeable, skilled, personable, and communicative. I used to take my car to the dealer…read morebut no more! The dealer told me I needed to replace a caliper and (basically brand new) brake. I took my car here for a second opinion where they explained why the caliper might be leaking, how it might be affecting the brake, and under what circumstances the brake would have to be replaced. They updated me every step of the way and were able to replace the caliper and avoiding replacing my nearly new brake. I really appreciated that they took the time to check in with me when they looked at the car, when the part came in, and when the work was completed. I don't know much, if anything, about cars but I really appreciated it when they explained everything in great detail so I can better understand what's happening with my own car. Also, it's a little thing, but every time I've interacted with anyone at this garage, they called me by my name and even remembered my partner's name when he went to pick up my car for me. I'm definitely coming here for all my car service from now on.

I spent $555.00 for a major tune-up. I had ' tire pressure low' light on my dashboard and…read more'maintenance due soon' alerts. I get called while they're working in the car to ask if I want an oil change as well, it would cost an additional $75.00 plus. I refused as I asked 5 people in my office and consulted Kelly Blue Book website, all of who said oil change should be part of a major tune-up. I got the car, they did not check the tire pressure and left that light on. They did not fill windshield wiper fluid. They basically changed spark plugs, air and cabin filters, PCV valve, and that was it. ALSO note they advised me to change the spark plugs and their advice was unnecessary and self-serving. I did not request that service, I went in and requested a tune-up. Now, I still need to finish getting the car serviced but at a different garage as I will not return to Millers Corners Garage. 4/8/2023 Update: Went to Lia Honda who charged me $155.00 including tax for 5000 mile maintenance and to change oil and rotate tires, change fluids, etc... They said they were "very sorry" when I showed them the invoice from Millers Corners Garage. They said that you only change spark plugs and do a valve adjust after 100k miles. My car has under 18,500 miles. Millers Corners tole me I needed to change the spark plugs and do a valve adjust. That was untrue. Three techs of Lia Honda looked at the Millers Corners invoice and shook their heads, saying sorry to me. They all said it looks like I was cheated.
