1st Reputation was founded by Constance Hall following a successful 19 year career in leading and building financially profitable businesses in the private and public sector in the UK.

Meet the Business Owner: Constance H.
Constance is a passionate and talented professional business and marketing professional.
She started her career as a Small Business Advisor and has held successful senior roles in the public and private sector operating at Chief Executive and Non Executive Director Level.
Constance is a qualified business academic and holds a range of business and marketing first and second class degrees, including an MBA from a leading London University.
She is also a qualified and certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) trained by the co-founder of NLP, John Grinder, Carmen Bostic St Clair and Michael Carroll.
