When we discussed certain options and pricing he mentioned he can start right away. Which was important to me. When he was prepping the areas, not only was his prep horrible he damage our front yard and back yard, Nothing was leveled and the finish was poor. I am currently dealing with the concrete lifting and I have no trees next to my house or on the side. I have multiple contractors mentioning to me Erick screwed me over and everything about turn concrete is wrong from low grade quality. No proper relief cuts has sections of concrete 10 feet without cuts. I tried to communicate with Erick about my concerns and he did not even bother to come look at the issues rather then make excuses and tell me my existing patio is sinking. Once he was paid it was all my problem. All other contractors confirmed everything he poured was the reason for my problems, Lifting concrete, has cause other damaged in the surround areas not to mentioned not leveled and holding water, unfortunately you can't tell until it rains. He has costed me double in damages and more in order for me to get it done right. I genuinely do not want anyone to deal with this and get scammed.

So when we decided to remodel our dated kitchen and refinish our badly damaged hardwood floors, it was a scary idea and so hard to trust ! I am so grateful to share that we could NOT be happier with our choice V Harris Construction. Vance Harris was not only extremely reasonable in his pricing, he communicated with us every single step of the way. He held his subcontractors to very high standards and made sure that everything was done right and on time- keeping with his schedule to the day ! Not easy to do when dealing with multiple subcontractors in numerous trades over the holidays. Simply put he is the best contractor we have ever hired. Pictures don't do it justice. They just don't. But here they are. If you're like us and need help in the Treasure Valley but are hesitant to trust anyone - call Vance and tell him we sent you. He truly is amazing. 208-841-9843

One year later I called him, and he stood by the original quote and began work a few days later. In my conversations with Jay, he mentioned he did all types of remodel work, including even concrete, decking and fencing. After I explained my needs, he again gave me the best quote for the other projects, and began that work along with the roofing. Watertight Remodeling did a fantastic job on the roof, adding a ridge vent at little extra cost, sidewalk replacement, and changes to a fence. Jose was the roofer, and completed the entire roof by himself in under 3 days. He did fabulous work. Jay, Pat, and Jose completed the other projects, and I could not be happier with the result. Jay was even patient with me as I changed my mind on several occasions regarding the fence. I now will be using Watertight for a new deck and French door installation I plan in the fall, and for any other work I will need in the future. I recommend Watertight for ALL your roofing, remodel/construction needs!

We also found out the mortar between the bricks on our exterior was allowing water into our house. Shane, the owner, brought an all star team, Bill, Fran, and Josh. The four of them hand dug the dirt out of the cellar one bucket at a time, set up foundational walls, and handpoured the walls and base. On the exterior they dug the grout from two complete sides of the house down 3/4 of an inch and replaced it all by hand, sealing it on completion. All of the men were kind, pleasant, respectful, funny, professional, and hard workers. Both projects together took 6.5 days to complete. They even came on a Saturday. Shane, the owner also helped me navigate with a couple of other contractors on site, as well as provided advice and awareness on problem spots that needed attention on our exterior. He even brought in the mail. I highly recommend Archaic, and we will be having them back to do our driveway in the spring. Aymee Lichtenhan, Nampa
