hired them to install a gutter sent out teenegers practically very young to cut, paint and hang a…read moreboard a very simple task. watched the kid who could not cut the board straight first of all, then a kid supervior luke refused to take down a crumbling ,rotten board that had a vine growing thru it, told him twice he said the gutter man will hang the gutter on and over a rooten board seriously? and it wont show really? my husband built houses for years, i might just be an old lady to kids but i think i have alot more experience than you. asked to put down plastic when he painted the board refused again so yes paint was on my newly poured concrete steps to top it off. gutter man did a great job, he was smart enough to know he cant hang a gutter on a crumbling ,rotten board had to hang it higher. mighty dog customer service women were great but they wanted to make it right they said, but if you don't have skilled workers to come out and do the work properly the first time why on earth would i want them to come back and probably make things worse. so we are now forced to hire a skilled contractor to fix this mess. start over. maybe be out a few guessing 2-4 hundred dollars but atleast it will be done right this time! a blind man would know you can work with an old rotten board come on !blotched job, very poor workmanship, nonskilled and lazy unethical and lacks the knowledge to take pride in your company! needs to be retrained with a good attitude not just giving the tile lol big man on campus supervisor lol refusing to listen to the customers request! so up to you if you want to hire kids! see pic! from the middle all the way to the right huge gap, thats the rotten board you can't work with! and they do roofs too? haha good luck ppl!

At that time he didn't think the roof would qualify for replacement, so he suggested to wait.Unlike another roofing company who tried to rush us into getting a new roof knowing insurance was not going to approve. A year later a major leak in the roof causing water damage inside the house. I called Jeremy and he came immediately and found where the leak was coming from. Did a temporary fix and said the roof was worse than it had been the last time he was on it. Suggested we start the claim process fora new roof as well as repair of ceiling where the water had came through. My insurance agent of 25 years called me about 2 weeks before my insurance ended with American National and told me I needed to get a new roof. I did not have time to research or find a roofer so I completely trusted my insurance agent. He put me in touch with the adjuster and with Jeremy Newkirk. Jeremy was professional, kind, helpful, patient and the best contractor I've ever worked with in 25 years. He was able to get me a new roof which had upgraded shingles and upgraded gutters installed in under 2 weeks. His crew was polite, worked hard, very neat and did an amazing job! I chose to do an upgraded shingle which is a class 4 Owens Corning impact resistant shingle with synthetic underlayment. Jeremy also ran the calculations and added some extra vents on my roof which I think look really good and will help with the hot summer sun. They took off the old 15 pound felt and made sure all the decking was in good order. The synthetic underlayment is waterproof and tear proof and It doesn't absorb heat like felt does and air moves underneath it better. They added additional vents because the square footage on my house required more. They installed ice and water shields in all of the valleys and around every penetration and around the chimney. Ice and water shield is so it will seal around a nail when it's driven through. He upgraded the size of the guttering around my front door where my ash trees are so it will prevent them from getting clogged. He also added gutters around my bay window to hopefully prevent wood rot. He replaced the rotted vertical boards around my chimney. He did a fantastic job! He was the easiest and best contractor that I have worked with in the 25 years of owning this home. I highly recommend Roof Leaks and Moore!
