I started the loan…read moreprocess with them until i found out they were OVERCHARGING me THOUSANDS in closing costs and a half percent on the rate which translated to well over $100 per month. Well they are now holding my loan hostage and have kept my appraisal fee for weeks. I respectfully requested them to release my FHA loan but now I'm getting the run-around.
