Support local banks…read more Like their customer service, since is a local bank they really listen to your needs and help you. The only thing I don't like is there is not enough to branch around the area but I think this is the reason why it feel more familiar when you visit them.

Plan on spending at least 45 minutes on hold to even get to speak to someone !!! Worst bank ever !!! Wish there was a Chase or T D bank in this area, as I have always had good service with these two banks.

I have recently gotten an auto loan with them. This bank is absolutely atrocious. No easy way to…read morepay online or by phone. You have to deposit money into their savings wait for it to clear then go back and transfer to your auto loan. Also they keep asking me for proof of insurance for my car. I've sent it in 4 separate times as well as talking to their representatives on the phone about exactly what they are looming for. Every time I get a response that the information is insufficient. I am fed up with this bank already and it's only been 30 days. Stay away. Don't take any loans from this bank. You will regret it!!!! I will want anyone I can to save them the trouble.
