Extremely Disappointed -- No Communication at All I…read moreunderstand that sometimes businesses have to close, but the complete lack of communication here was really upsetting. We had an appointment and didn't even know the business had shut down until we showed up--only to find a handwritten paper note taped to the door saying they were closed. I took time off work (which cost me income) and pulled my kid out of school for this appointment. We rearranged our day, only to be met with silence and a piece of paper. Loyal customers (second child to go through the program) deserve at least a little consideration and a heads-up. Do better!

The tester chose to yell at and curse the parent out before the parent had time to excuse the child from the room. When the parent called them out on their behavior the staff made excuses claiming that they have a 4.5 yelp review rating who would possibly believe them for making such claims. DO NOT allow your children to be alone with these poor excuses of human existence. My child will go somewhere else.

She doesn't fail you if you do like one thing wrong but you should be prepared knowing the rules for left turns, right turns, merging, school zone signs, and crossing traffic. My daughter is extremely shy and has higher anxiety and she was very nervous but Dina helped her feel at ease.

My second went through in 2020 and while the actual driving program was still good, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Scheduling was difficult, staff were rude, lots of miscommunications, etc. To be fair, this was during and recently after COVID so we chalked it up to everyone having a difficult time. Fast forward to 2023 and my third daughter went though their program. This cost had skyrocketed, but we wanted her to have the best of the best and be as safe as possible so we did the full program, same as the first two. I cannot tell you how disappointed we were with the entire program. Things didn't improve after COVID, but had further deteriorated. It was such an awful experience for both of us that I swore off MasterDrive. Here I am with two 14 year olds needing driving school and looking for a new one. I've come across many reviews with similar experiences and reminding me not to use MasterDrive. It's a shame that they have gone from the best of the best, to the most expensive and poorly rated school. Save yourself a lot of $ and heartache and go elsewhere!

When the testing driver (Cory?) got there, he told me I needed to move because the tree was too close to the door, and I wasn't allowed to stand there. Their attitudes were insulting and dismissive. Unfortunately, I failed my test. I have to admit that the testor had some good points, even though his attitude bordered on rude. I will be retaking the test in a week or two, but certainly not with you. As a company, I believe your employees need retraining in customer service. Possibly you need to select people who have better people skills. If you are a senior citizen, I recommend finding another place to go because these folks will make you feel old, stupid, and disrespected.

DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!…read more This place is an absolute joke, they exist to take your money and set you up with a second test. I've driven with my son for over a year and it's almost frustrating how "by the book" he drives. The "instructor" said he basically had failed everything, speeding, almost hitting curbs, even said he ran red lights because he turned on a red when it was legal to do so, the instructor said even though it is legal to do it, he felt unsafe. Then he mentioned following precisely 3 seconds behind cars and said my son was 2.5 seconds behind the car (must have a built in stopwatch in his head) which made him feel like "he almost had to slam on the brakes to stop them from crashing" STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE by all means. The cars they have are all falling apart too, probably shouldn't even be on the road. UPDATE: my son took the test with another company and pass with flying colors, i explained the thing that THIS company dinged him for and they let me know all of these things were actually legal and should not have been counted against him. They also failed him for "speeding" i let them know i have a gps tracker on my sons phone that records his speed and he never went over 36mph and the dork up front immediately got defensive and said it's extremely illegal for me to have a gps tracker on my sons phone and that he can report me to the DMV. I've never seen such worthless people working in an office before. Once again, don't give these scammers your money.

Furious, I called the owner back to present my situation, and he didn't even have the courtesy to return my call with my complaints. The instructor was a little bit nicer when he called me back, but then we had a difficult time scheduling days and times that work for both of us. It took several weeks for us to find days and times that would work. After we figured out the time, he called me several times over the course of a few days to try and reschedule those times, with the excuse each time that he had double booked himself. Well I can understand is happening once, three times? Are you kidding me? After the third time I thought that it was finally sorted out, But then he called again and couldn't remember when my son was scheduled! Get a calendar! It is absolutely absurd how many issues I've had with this company. I would never never recommend them to someone else. All of this has happened before we have ever had our first appointment with them. If we weren't on limited time to get my son through this course before school starts, I would demand a refund and go with another company. Do yourself a favor, call someone else.
