Two men came out and replaced the part with another used part that leaked even worse! We spent the Christmas holiday hauling buckets of water to dump down the shower drain before they finally fixed it right. Now we're waiting for the equipment to be moved back in place and although I called Friday, they won't be out until Thursday. Almost a week later, for an easy setvice, and we live only 3 miles away. I should give them credit for finding new and exciting ways to show that the customer comes last. And yes, we are looking for a new provider.

Unfortunately, we bought a new water softener from them and while the install job of the new water softener was clean and good, they did not complete all of the work on the work order. We called and asked to have someone contact us about finishing the replacement and splice around an old water filter and no one ever called. A week later I called and asked again for someone to contact us about finishing the work on the work order and yet no one has called. 3 weeks after install I just say screw it and I'm going to have to do the plumbing myself to bypass the old filter despite the fact that it was on the work order and they said that they would do it for the included price. If they're not going to do it they should at least take money off of the price.As you can see the filter is still in place and they did not cut the line and splice it to get that filter out of it. Consequently, every time the water softener runs it gets Aaron the line and causes the fridge and unsoftened water spigot at the sink to blast air and spray water everywhere. I would have gone with another company had I known they would not finish the work.

I recently picked up a free water test kit at Home Depot after moving into a new home. I assumed it…read morewas simply a customer service offering through Home Depot but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. What I signed up for turned out to be a full on sales pitch from this outside company. The technician who came out was friendly, but it became clear the purpose wasn't to help. The sole purpose was to sell. I was told I needed a $4,300 filtration and reverse osmosis system because my current setup was "failing." I scheduled the installation on the spot, but something didn't sit right. I did some research and contacted an independent plumber the next day. He determined that my water softener simply needed to be turned on. The water softener and the R/O system were working perfectly. No replacement was needed, just some maintenance. (Filters etc.) I chose to cancel the installation within the legal 3-day window, as outlined in the contract. A friend helped me hand-deliver the cancellation notice to their office. What followed was frankly bizarre. The office staff seemed flustered by the simple request for a receipt and refused to acknowledge the cancellation in writing. I was told someone would email me a copy, which still hasn't happened. Later that day, the technician left me a voicemail asking for clarification. When I called back to explain (which I didn't legally need to do), she hung up on me mid-sentence, right after I mentioned I had paused the credit card charge. To cover all bases, I also emailed the company to confirm my cancellation. The next day, I received an aggressive email from the owner. The message was full of strange accusations, including that my friend was "impersonating" me, that he "scared" their employees by sitting in his car in the parking lot, and even a bizarre reference to my job. The tone was defensive, unprofessional, and frankly disturbing. Additionally the email was riddled with legal terminology that was used incorrectly. I've never encountered a business that responds this way to a perfectly legal cancellation. If this is how they treat customers during the refund window, I can only imagine how difficult they might be if something goes wrong after installation. All that happened was simply a firm pushback against a pressured sale. Blue Wolf may sell real equipment, but their approach is manipulative, their communication is hostile, and their response to a basic customer right was entirely inappropriate. I would not recommend them to anyone. Get a second opinion, and don't confuse a branded water test at Home Depot with impartial advice.

The lady I spoke to had a tone from the get-go. It did get a little better when she realized I was ordering something. I was told someone would be here between 9-9:30 today. Today, at 10:37 I called to find out where they were. And again...the lady that answered had a tone from the second she said hello. I told her the guy didn't arrive as scheduled. I was told, "we haven't scheduled anyone in 20 plus years for a specific time". Okayyyyy, guess my son and I are both imagining things. Then she told me that they don't have us in the system at all. I told her that I have been paying them monthly for a water softener. She finally found me in the system, but at that point, I just decided we were not going to be doing any business with them. Not because she couldn't find us in the system, but 2 days in a row, I didn't appreciate the tone I received. It made me feel unappreciated as a customer. I asked to speak to the manager, Kathy. I told her the situation and told her that her reps are the reason she has lost this account. She said, "Let me know if I can do something to change your mind". She only said that because she had to, you could clearly tell she didn't really care and definitely didn't mean what she said. I do not appreciate getting treated like I'm a bother to them. When I called back to schedule the removal of the water softener, the lady that answered was friendly. Not sure if it was a different person or if boss lady said something about talking to customers a little nicer. Bottom line...it wasn't the mistakes that caused me to cancel, it was the way they spoke to me.

We had to change companies to Gordon and our salesperson is a wonderful young man and upon meeting him we have not regretted the change to Portage from Battle Creek. He also picks up and delivers our bottled water often on the same day! We are now very thankful and will not divulge more but rather leave our review as it is after working with Besco for many many years, but we are in Vicksburg and could only get pickups and deliveries once every 4 weeks and it was extremely difficult to manage that being retired and having many appointments and work around their extremely limited availability to deliver and pickup our 6-12 bottles each time and the newest driver came quite early around 9:30 ish and we shutoff our phones for charging every night and wearing full face CPAP Masks and very hard of hearing, let's just say we are extremely spoiled by Gordon Water and our wonderful salesman who will come at anytime we say we will be needing more water soon and he is very flexible and asks me when? I let him decide but that translate to him saying, "How about today between 1 & 2:00?" (So rare for these times we are in) Thank you Gordon Water and Jamal!

This is a limited review but I called Friday about the availability of salt for my water softener…read moreand they responded even in the last hour of the day. They have morning Saturday hours so I went to pick up and buy the salt on Saturday. The person I interacted with was polite and professional. I will update this if I do business with them again. I appreciate the availability of the Duracube "Iron out" salt on a Saturday morning for pick up. (A lot of other places around AA do not have Saturday hours, and it is hard to get to them before they close during the normal work week).
