After several calls to different towing companies who gave us ridiculous prices and very unprofessional customer service we finally called the right towing company, Kare Auto Tow. So grateful to the awesome service we received today by Alex and his driver. Driver was on time and very professional. Our driver even gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was less than a few minutes away. Best of all Alex gave us a fair price when noone else would. We highly recommend this business to everyone and hope that everyone has a great experience like we had today.

I rarely write reviews, unless they are for either excellent or terrible service or products. This…read morereview is for the most EXCELLENT service I may have ever received, and especially from a towing service. My review is specifically for Damon, the owner! My first experience with Damon was last Wednesday night, when I had a flat on the Katy Frwy around 8 pm...during the last-minute holiday shopping rush. I was by myself, my husband was out of town, so he he couldn't come help, I don't have a roadside assistance service and I was not close to home. UGH! I had absolutely NO idea who to call, so I just pulled up my Uber app to get a ride home so I could deal with it later. NO Uber cars in Katy (what??).So, I yelped "roadside assistance" and CTS came up and, with only 2 reviews, which were both 5 stars BTW, I called. I'm always nervous doing such a thing, but I was desperate. Damon, the owner, answered my call right away and said he'd be right over to put my spare on. He left his family, including his 2-year old grandson, at supper time during the holidays, and was there to rescue me within 15 minutes. While he quickly changed my tire, we had a great conversation about his grandson and Christmas and he had me on the road in no time...with a smile and a big hug! What a holiday angel he was! Turned this girl's tears of frustration into a smile, for sure! Good thing I kept Damon's number in my phone should I ever need assistance in the future because I called him again on Saturday (3 days after our first meeting) because my husband's Montero was parked in our driveway & we couldn't start it. Again, Damon dropped what he was doing on Christmas Eve, and was at our house to tow the car to the NTB near our house, where they were able to put in a new battery & starter. Once again, Damon was a true Good Samaritan and reminded us during this hurried holiday season that good & generous people still exist. Damon left again with gratitude, a "Merry Christmas!" a big hug and two very happy customers! Thanks, Damon. We're so grateful to you and will always call you in the future whenever we need assistance! You are truly a gentleman and a great business owner! Have a wonderful New Year!

I got an excuse that the Main truck broke down so then they wanted to send a second truck to me. I got upset because I went from waiting 45 minutes to have to wait another 45 minutes with no valid excuses just lies. The funny thing is the second tow driver couldn't even confirm my address or what kind of car I got even though his so-called boss gave me the information so that's what I knew. They were lying to me about the breakdown times or the arrival time. Then the truck driver tried to give me attitude because I was mad. Unprofessional pieces of crap. To all my followers do not use this company for nothing., and as a matter of fact, we'd probably be best if we could tell all of Texas, so these guys go out of business. Shady people. If I could give them a zero review and a negative review or trust me, I would.

I called Certified Towing since they had 5stars on Yelp, and Tom took care of us. He was able to dispatch a truck for us. It was rush hour, so from call to hookup, it took right at an hour to pick up the car, which is quite reasonable based on the breakdown location. It took me 15 minutes just to get there from down the street. David was our driver and he had a nice personality. Very friendly, professional and social. He also took care when hooking up the car, while I was busy blabbering. We didn't need a ride, but he double checked to make sure. If my wife had been alone, I'm sure she would have felt safe. After David left to take the car to our local shop, Tom conveniently took care of payment over text/digital services, and offered several payment methods. Looks like I have a service on speed dial again!
