Xactimate certified. We prepare estimates the same way your insurance company does — no surprises, no disputes.
Local and accountable. We’re not a franchise or a 1-800 number. When you call us, you get the owner — someone with a real stake in getting your home back to normal.
Certified and trained. IICRC-certified technicians using professional-grade drying equipment and proven moisture remediation methods.
We serve the greater Houston and Waller County area including Katy, Cypress, Tomball, and surrounding communities.
Your home deserves a first call that’s also the last call you’ll need.

Meet the Business Owner: Joey R.
Hi, I’m Joey - founder of 1st Call Restoration. After 15 years as a property claims professional responding to floods and storms across the Gulf Coast, I saw the same gap over and over: homeowners stuck between contractors who didn’t understand insurance and a claims process that felt impossible to navigate alone.
I started 1st Call Restoration to change that. We respond fast, document everything the right way, and work with all major carriers to make your restoration as smooth as possible.
When water damages your home, you deserve someone in your corner who knows the process inside and out — because I’ve been on both sides of it.
Licensed. Insured. Ready when you need us.
