When you have a client in the chair getting their haircut, remember they are paying for a service, when they are in the chair its their time. You want to chat with co-workers do so, but don't stop cutting my hair and turn and chat with the co-worker. And if you must chat can you maybe complete the task at a volume level not at a level that you would if you were working in say a Steel Mill? I have never not tipped 30% when I come here, because very few places know how to cut a High & Tight and not make you look like Moe from the 3 stooges. But my only issue is the volume of communication with co-workers and taking time from my time getting a service completed. Other than that I would highly recommend this location for their Hair Cutting SKILLS.

Sure enough, I get there and am told tape ins are the only choice. I ended up having to buy them there because my hair needed to be done that day for an event. Ooookay, I was going to be spending some $ that day, anyway, so let's move on, not the end of the world. The man who put the tape ins in said literally less than ten words the entire time. I had an appointment with him 2-3 weeks later because a couple of wefts came loose, which was frustrating, and he again didn't speak. I'm almost positive it wasn't a language barrier issue because there were no attempts to be friendly even with body language? And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. The worst part, though, was that he wouldn't cut them because he said they were too pretty. I mostly wanted the extensions for volume, not length.

I told her I wanted to go from brown to blonde balayage. I had virgin hair. She proceeded to bleach my entire head and left me sitting for soo long. She washed my hair and DIDNT even tone me. They also don't include blow drying with their services and told me I needed to pay an extra $60 for a blow dry which I had to do because as I mentioned I had a wedding and was already there for many hours over what I had planned. My hair was yellow. It was horrible. Orange and yellow streaky disaster. I mentioned toner and she told me that'd be an additional cost!! I have never heard of toner being an additional cost for any color service. I paid over $300 that day for basically just a terrible bleach job and a very greasy blowout. I couldn't stand looking at me hair so I went back a couple days later and complained to the owner who was supposed to do my hair and she said that the same girl could just tone it for me. She left the toner on my hair while i was sitting in the sink for 45 minutes.... I was extremely uncomfortable and every time I looked at her she would tell me a few more minutes but she was just running around doing nothing. She finally rinsed me and my hair was I shit u not just right back to my original color BROWN. It was the worst waste of time. I told the owner who had the biggest attitude atp that this is nothing like I wanted. Her response was "it'll fade out". Yea not to what I wanted it to look like??! Then after saying this toner would be complimentary since the booking mistake and the stylists mistake they proceeded to charge me $75 for TONER ALONE. As I was speaking to my stylist the owner and 3-4 OTHER stylist came up to the desk area to tell me I had to pay and that my hair was my fault?? Abe was the artist today and he really impressed me. Lots of chairs and barbers here to accommodate any customer rush. The shop is clean and the design of the shop is really classy. Haircut and beard trim cost $40. I believe $25 for the cut and $15 for the beard trim. Lots of parking spots available here. No worries about waiting for a parking spot. I'll ad more pictures the next month when I get my next cut and trim. Please give them a try and you'll be happy you did.

This place is very professional, clean with plenty of barbers to take care of you. I saw all kinds of haircuts happening there. Straight, curly, fades and tapers. I saw a young caucasian gentleman getting cut in a stye I've never seen but it looked very cool. I was very impressed with the job done with my son who happens to be Afro/filipino (Blasian).
