I don't know if it's a special house-brewed ginger bug or the quinoa liquor, but it is so smooth and fresh and flavorful...I could drink a few of them on a hot summer day. I also tried the roasted (locally grown) fingerling potatoes, which were delicious. And the farm-to-table menu looks very upscale. If you're looking for a glamorous date spot near Alamosa, this is the place. It feels like it belongs in Denver, but you look out the window and there's mountains instead of buildings.
