They said they…read morecould start the next day, however, if parts were needed, they could not be back until the following Monday as they didn't work on weekend. It was decided to wait until Monday. On Monday, 2-6-23, a gentleman from Gregory called to say he was on his way. My husband called him back immediately to ask how far away he was and to tell him that he would meet him at the top of our road. The gentleman responded "can't I drive my truck to the site." Pursuant to the Company's visit company on Thursday, they were aware that you could not drive directly to our site. The man responded I'm 62 years old, why don't you do it yourself and then hung up on my husband. Terrible customer service and even worse attitudes!! Would NEVER recommend!!
