I had spoken with Mark and we had decided on a location, date, time, and cost to come to my house…read moreto do the power washing. The day he was to come to power wash my house and had not shown up yet for the 9:00 am appointment - I called him. He apologized and said the equipment had broken and he would be at our house the next day. He said he had ordered a part and as soon as the part was delivered the repair would only take about 20 minutes to do. The next day though Mark called and said the part didn't get in till later that morning and by the time he got it installed it was around 1:30 pm when he called me. Mark then tells me he didn't realize how far I lived and wanted to know what he had quoted as the cost. I wasted 2 days in good faith waiting for Mark to do a job he quoted me on. I like to work with veteran owned businesses - but this is one veteran owned business I'm very disappointed in for not standing by their words.

Would not recommend. Judy spins a good story about how good and ethical they are but she is not…read more Arrived to work on time. Proceeded to set up for small painting job took paintings off wall, helped move heavy items to center of room, removed belongings from cabinets and surfaces. All proceeding as it should. Then 2 gals said had to go to hardware store to get plaster powder. When they returned it was a total about face with multiple excuses that added up to not wanting to do the job. When I questioned whether they actually planned to do anything Judy took that as rude??!! I guess questioning her actions triggered her somehow. They picked up their stuff and drove away unexpectedly leaving this older woman to move heavy furniture and take supplies back to basement. Even when I first contacted them I told them I have arthritis and can no longer do heavy work by myself. Later, I begged them to help put everything back as they had promised, but they refused. Saying she told me she needed to do estimate first (which she did not, & if she did why proceed to prep the room and bring in all supplies?) And by questioning her actions was "rude". Maybe they are capable of doing good work, but something is very off with the owner. Don't recommend.

Star City Pro Wash came out to pressure wash my whole house, garage floor, and the concrete areas…read more They are friendly and did a decent job with the ground areas. However, they don't know how to remove paint oxidation. They told me it won't come off, that the wall must be wiped down with a rag. So I hired a paint company to rewashed the siding. This company pretreated the siding with a chemical and then washed the oxidation right off! I'm currently asking Star City Pro Wash for 1/2 of the money back as they've done nothing to the house, except shooting water from the ground up. Will update this if I get a result. Updates: They came out and partially refund me for the vinyl siding and also admitted their fault. Hence I gave them 4 stars for service and ethical conduct.
