This was definitely a casual dining experience and we were not rushed through our meal. Inside this feels like a traditional more-than-a-diner but feels cozy like a local restaurant on a tv set where your favorite characters regular. I chose the chilaquiles, which came highly raved about by my friend who recommended Blind Faith. The eggs come any way you want, I chose over easy, they also let you choose between a tomatillo salsa verde or tomato ranchero salsa, I chose the salsa verde which was tangy with a kick but not spicy, just very flavorful. Both were described as relatively mild/not spicy to me by the staff. My best friend ordered the Vegan Mexican Breakfast with vegan cheese and my partner had the Huevos Rancheros, also choosing eggs over easy. Food came out pretty quick and looked delicious. Most notably everything was vibrant and looked so fresh. The serving sizes are large and were plenty for each of us. Prices are comparable to other brunch spots around the city and the quality was great. Blind Faith cafe was delicious and a good experience. It's actually a pretty small place so it's always packed. There's only a few tables. At least that means people like it. Usually there's a long wait. A while later and we finally got one. It's about $15 for a sandwich, which is a lot but it's great stuff. I got the Vegan Club. This has avocado, along with plant based versions of bacon, chicken, and mayonnaise, along with lettuce and tomatoes. She got the Vegan BLT. This is almost the same thing but simpler. Got to say it has limited hours and space, which are the bad things about it along with it being expensive. It's got a lot for breakfast and lunch. They're closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

When ordering the shallot fried rice from the restaurants website on July 2, vegetables were included as an option. Today vegetables have been replaced with herbs. Nevertheless we chose the available vegetable option therefore vegetables were requested. The restaurant received our vegetables request as indicated on the pictured receipt and packaging. We received herbs and rice but no vegetables. We did not order through a third party delivery service. We placed the order through the restaurant website and I arrived early to pick up the food. I hope that the owner is able to receive my feedback constructively and take accountability for the issues my family encountered with the restaurant.
