They have a good selection of muffins and pastries, so if you are hungry, you can add one of these to your coffee order. They have oat milk and almond milk but not soy. The soft chairs are really comfortable and there are enough for two (or maybe even three) groups of people to use them at the same time. If you are a Colfax local, this is a delightful place to meet with friends and socialize. There is outdoor seating and a good-sized parking lot. They have a frequent customer rewards program. Next time I'm in Colfax, I will definitely stop in for a coffee.

I used to drink Starbucks until I found Dutch Bros. Then, I tried Gypsy Java and it beats both Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Here's why; Starbucks, in my opinion, is watered down, expensive, not as tasty, and all about the snooty hype of "Starbies". Kind of like an LV purse with LV all over it (The Neverfull purse). We all know it's ugly but somehow it's what's being purchased because, well, a fad if you will. Dutch Bros is awesome but sometimes their coffee tastes burnt to me, and many times the baristas aren't on the same page when it comes to me ordering a certain drink which results in the wrong drink completed being handed to me.
