Cafe DaVinci in downtown DeLand (112 W Georgia Ave) is hands-down my favorite spot for live music,…read moredrinks, and good vibes in Volusia County--I've been going for years, and it never disappoints. This place has such a unique, eclectic energy that's hard to find anywhere else: a perfect mix of cozy indoor bar, open-air courtyard with string lights and a massive lighted oak tree that gives it this magical, almost enchanted garden feel at night. It's got that laid-back, artsy DeLand charm but with enough edge to keep things exciting--think market lights twinkling overhead, pool tables outside, and a crowd that's always friendly and ready to have fun. The live music is what really sets it apart. They host original local bands, cover acts, rock, pop, R&B, throwback tunes, and everything in between almost every night--concerts start around 9 PM, and the energy ramps up fast. I've seen everything from killer rock bands to dance-floor fillers that get the whole place moving. And yes, people actually dance here! The courtyard turns into a real dance floor on busy nights--whether it's grooving to 70s classics, current hits, or feel-good empowerment anthems, it's impossible not to get pulled in. No stiff vibes; it's all about letting loose and enjoying the moment. The drinks are strong, reasonably priced (coldest beer in town, as they claim), and the bar staff is top-notch--super friendly, quick, attentive, and genuinely nice. Bartenders like Zach and the rest of the crew remember faces, crack jokes, make killer cocktails, and keep the good times flowing without ever making you feel rushed. The owner and team create this welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels like a regular, even on your first visit. Whether you're coming solo to catch a show, with friends for a night out, or just want a spot to chill with great music in the background, Cafe DaVinci delivers. It's more than a bar--it's DeLand's best original live music venue where you can drink local, dance local, and make memories. If you're in the area, especially on a Friday or Saturday, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won't regret it--I've recommended it to everyone I know, and they all come back raving. Keep rocking, Cafe DaVinci team! 1computeroutlet , 1websitenow

From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was welcoming, organized, and genuinely helpful. We had a small issue with our seats, and the team at the information booth handled it quickly and kindly they went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved so we could fully enjoy the show. One moment that really stood out was in the women's restroom, there was a staff member managing the line, and she was absolutely incredible. She kept things moving efficiently, maintained a positive and upbeat attitude, and truly made what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a big impact on the overall experience. The venue itself has such a great atmosphere, clean, well-run, and very family friendly. You can tell that there's a strong commitment to guest experience at every level, and it doesn't go unnoticed. Thank you to everyone who made the evening so enjoyable. We will absolutely be returning again and again!

There's a large canopy that covers the lower seating area, as well as the pit, but the rows farther back are uncovered. I enjoyed my spot in the lower seats because that canopy makes all the difference in the FL sun. The stage & venue aren't the biggest so that gives it a more intimate feel which was nice. It'll still fit in well over 4,000 people, though, so you can catch some big names here. The merch lines definitely build up so that's unfortunate, but they're handled efficiently. Prices at the concessions aren't too bad, they're actually on the cheaper side compared to some of the places I go for concerts/events. There were also a good handful of water fountains throughout. One of my favorite things about this place is that it's essentially located in Anastasia State Park so it's surrounded by nature. The beachfront is only a few miles away so it's nothing short of beautiful. The employees were friendly which always adds to the experience. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing another concert here soon.

I did make a reservation at the bar (but you can still come without it) . I came for Motown night and it was Amazing ! I ordered 2 drinks and some food as well . For Food I ordered the scallop & shrimp ceviche, which was delicious but I wish they added more chips since the portion is quite large. I also ordered the caramelized onion flat bread . This was a good date night out doing something's we both enjoy, food and live music. The food was mid. The wings weren't flavorful but the presentation was nice. Hard to be disappointed with a dipping sauce. I enjoyed the caramelized onion flatbread and the Avocado & Feta salad. I used ranch instead of the sauce that it came with and it was good. I had a rum punch type drink and it was $28 with nothing to offer..that was disappointing. Rick Melvern was the voice. The show was good. I enjoyed the voice of but he was very rude to my husband and I. He ignored us but interacted with ALL the other patrons. We sang.. he ignored, we danced he ignored.. I purposefully didn't say anything, until my husband asked me if it seemed he had a problem with us. He blatantly asked all the tables by us for request and no one had one.. we yelled out "Reasons" and he acted like he couldn't understand my husband. This left a sour taste in my mouth. I literally made it a point to continue to enjoy my company and make the best of our time. If I had the option to NOT buy a table and contribute to him. But the band was well worth it. I told Naylani. For this reason I told her I wouldn't return.. but she insisted to give it another try. We will.
