If you are looking for a kilo place that focuses on healthy menu - this is an option for you. but don't expect a HUGE salad bar area. The food is healthier in a sense that there is less sodium, not fried items but all light.
The protein items are not many, and the serving plates are not huge in size - which allows for your food to be hot and fresh, but I was never a fan of the presentation of the food. They have the basic salad options, grilled veggies and chicken breast or beef. On Fridays they even have Feijoada light :)
The seating space is large so there are plenty of tables for you to find. I'm not a big salad and health food nut, but its a nice option to have when you want a change of scenery of the downtown food options. read more
