I came across this spot only from a recommendation from an employee from tognotti's. I had to get a quick release fastener for my bumper and went originally to tognotti's, but they didn't carry it in stock. The downside is I live in Natomas so Elk Grove is a journey but totally worth it. I called ahead of time before heading there and confirmed they had the part. They had a ton of different colors for the quick release fastener and I was in and out quickly. I will definitely be back! read more

Ordered a tear drop nsx stainless steel shift knob from them and got the product pretty quickly even during the christmas/new years holidays. Perfect thread fit for my S2000. read more

1320 Performance - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Avoid this store at all costs. I went in looking for a wheel hub adapter for my 93 Impreza, I even called 2 days before to ask them and they said they had a nrg one in stock so I went down and service was good but I ask him not once, twice, not even 3 times but 5 different time if he was sure that was the right wheel hub adapter. He told yes he's he's 100 percent sure. So I asked about return policy which there is none and I know why cause they scam. I get home and the hub doesn't fit at all. They gave me the wrong part and now I'm stuck with a $150 wheel hub adapter that I don't even know what it goes too and a $150 quick release that I can't even use and I can't return at all. This is a horrible store and I don't reckoning going at all, just go online basically what I had to do either way. If your going to run aftermarket parts store don't sell stuff that you aren't sure you're selling or at least be honest with your customers!!!! read more

Staff was not helpful at all. I asked about seat for a specific car and they said they had them but never directed me to the seats.

Ordered something which they never shipped, usps confirmed, company took my money, refusing refund. Staff that work there offer ZERO help, including a "manager" Jeff who told me to just go buy something else and blamed the postal service. Then told me to contact them the postal service. So if you want an item best not to purchase from this company as they take your money and never send items. I literally live a few hours and they can't figure out that it should have been delivered after a week and a half. Worst customer service I have ever experienced read more

Bought a part from these guys and never got it. Called and spoke with many people who basically told me too bad they shipped it. Tracking number says they didn't ship it and post office was still waiting for package. Never got package and company took my money. read more

If you have been around Elk Grove for a while and needed tuner parts or HIDs, this was probably the only go to place. They moved a few times and are now by grant line rd with a bunch of auto body shops. The parking is kinda cramped and there's a lot of moving vehicles from the other shops. Now before you head here, this isn't a big chain store, just a mom and pop store. They do take credit cards but no AMEX. When I was at the store I saw people come in and ask for stuff they had no idea about, this isn't a shop that has a mechanic so don't expect them to do any labor because this is purely a parts store. As for service, it wasn't anything special and they probably won't bother you unless you ask for help (which I'm totally okay with since I don't like to be bothered all the time for help I don't need). They had a lot of stuff in the shop from wheels to decals to HIDs. Prices won't beat an online competitor but it's local which can be a plus for people. Prices aren't posted on a lot of products, which I wish they did, so I didn't have to keep asking how much for this or that. Overall, if you can't wait for a part to come online, I'd recommend you come here just for your small purchase. TLDR Pricing 2/5 Service 3/5 Parking 3/5 read more

Super nice, helpful and knowledgeable of car parts. Bought a quick release and steering wheel from them but didn't know which hub fit my car. They allowed me to test which ones fit my car until we found the right one and let us borrow tools for it as well. 10/10 service read more

Parts people were scared of customers, did not offer any knowledge what so ever. Could easily sell way more if they knew and understood the product. read more

10/10 and the employees were super helpful with all my needs. Would definitely go again even though it's about an hour from me.

These guys just keep moving and selling overpriced products they get from China for 10% of what they sell them for. Sold me some cheap a$$ HID kit that I got before on eBay. I bought some LED bulbs for inside my car and they're so dim. $20 for a bulb? Are you crazy? It's worth noting they buy reviews. I remember at their last location they advertised a "leave a 5 star and get 10%". When I came in to get the stuff I mentioned above (in their most current location). They told me the same deal. read more

1320 is a good shop and have been ever since I have been buying car parts from Jeff out of the trunk of his car. Only downfall is the pricing. Why would I go here when I can find any product online with free shipping for minimum 30$ price difference. It sucks that we have to pay more and it's a local shop. You guys are big enough now to drop your prices. Till then I will give my business to jhp, speed factory and knseries parts plus many more online shops read more

I purchase a transmission from them bad diff and grinds third sold me the trans for 650 they didn't even mention nothing about it

I went in there today an nobody was there except 3 employees an me! I asked a question before they even asked me! They were basically rude seem like they didn't even care that I was in there as a customer! I asked if he had a part for my car and he said no we can't get it but didn't give me any other options I just think their customer service sucks I've spent probably 3 to 4 thousand dollars in that store! It's not a lot of money but it's customers like keep people like them in business! customer service is crappy now! It's not like I want them to jump up and say hey how's it going in call me by my first name but when I go in there looking at stuff an to buy something! Looks like I'll go else ware !! I guess it takes to put like $20,000 or like $30,000 dollars an slam it down in front of them an then they'll get off there ass's !!!! read more

1320 Performance - 5th set of hids that I've purchased that were defective. - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Elk Grove, California

I was told to come here from a friend to purchase some HIDs for my car, purchased them due to the good price only to come to find out they keep burning out .. I had to replace the ballast about 3 times and every time I replace one headlight the other one goes out. It's gets tiring and frustrating to pull them out for them to replace each time. Test fit a front license plate relocator for the owner who was very nice and ended up letting me keep the front mount relocator. Very nice guy. This is your typical local car shop that has all the random cool stuff. Rather you buy it on ebay for a few buck cheaper and wait or support one of your local car enthusiast shops and get it NOW. Either way you can find anything on ebay. The bracket works great though the plate attachment to the tow hook attachment requires a special tool or something and ended up tightening it with a hand wrench. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE. Will buy from again. read more

I Purchased a single walled muffler delete for my FRS and when it was installed the fitment was horrible. left tip hung way low and was pushed out. Right tip was sunken in and hitting the top of the rear bumper. The part was most likely bent. The muffler delete was installed as soon as it was picked up from the shop. I would not recommend these parts to anyone as you cannot return if the part is defective since it had been test fitted. Fix your quality control, if there is any. read more

Review for 1320 Performance. I will start by saying i was pretty skeptical when seeing a 1320 cat delete pipe. I am usually someone who takes the most marketed item and puts it on his machine. I had never heard of 1320 Performance out in California so I was cautious on what to expect. Well I will say these people are all top notch people. I bought it with paypal from eBay and from the click when I was excited when I received the tracking number. I tracked it and said it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and Thursday rolled around and still no pipe. I asked my postal carrier and she gave me the 1888 number. i called and they said if you want to speak to someone would be a bit over one hour hold time. I called 1320 and they told me they would look into it and i should call back within 15-20 minutes. I called back and the customer service that was given from 1320 performance crew is one that would be expected by luxury car sales people. They told me what happened and what day it would be delivered and i was not upset. I received the box and inside was a cat delete pipe that had perfect welds and the pipe looked almost to good to hide. I did notice an increase in seat of your pants horsepower once everything was installed and a done deal. Thanks to the folks of 1320 and i will be looking to do business with them again soon. read more

So I was referred to this performance shop to buy some HID head lamp bulbs. Go to find out, that on the only day I have off, (Saturday) like most working people...they're closed at 2pm??? What kind of performance shop closes at 2pm!? So I asked the lady who apparently was the only person on staff, if she could stay open just a few minutes later so I can buy my HID bulbs because I have no working headlamps...she tells me she has to go because she has construction happening at her house. It seems that her own personal interests comes before the business of the shop. I haven't even set foot in this place yet, and I already want to take my business elsewhere. It's a shame, I was looking for a good performance shop to do further upgrades to my car. Looks like I'll be on the hunt for a different shop. read more

Great service, real knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. I would recommend this place first for any upgrades on there cars.

So received my second HIDs from 1320 and im pleased, very pleased. First HIDs i bought from them went out ok me just this year and i bought it 7 years ago! Yes it lasted for 7 years! And they were 8k. Now im rockn the 6k. Hopefully these last just as long. Thank you again 1320, and staff. You guys stand by your product. read more

Yea not too excited to post, but whoever it was at the counter just basically didn't want to help me out or didn't want future business. Sent my cousin to grab front set of wheel spacers for the integra, brand new. Not even open yet, I decided that I didn't want the spacers on yet. Came in to return them brand new and really wanted to buy the headers and more accessories to complete my car and getting it running. The dude at the counter basically told me no (I get it you have a bunch of dumb kids ripping u off), but these weren't even used or opened. I just wanted to return it for credit and buy beefier parts, willing to pay more cash on top.....but the dude at the counter said no again, even tells me to call the owner? Like wtf? I have to call the owner and beg him for a simple transaction? Must not want my money? But hey guys it's cool. I'm not looking to buy or send anymore of my friends, family, customers for future BS. Way to go 1320 read more

My friend called me and asked me to pick up some HID bulbs for him from this spot. It was close to closing time 5:50p and they were going to close the shop at 6p. I live in Elk Grove and I was about 15 minutes away. I called the shop and told them I would be there in 15 minutes if they can wait for me. At first they said maybe then said that if I leave right now they will be there. So I left the house right away and got to the location at 6:03p to find the lights off and the owners/workers driving off as I pulled in and parked. You obviously don't care about your customers. You lost me and also my friend as a customer, we won't be back!!!! read more

Fyi don't listen to these idiots, anybody that goes to a performance shop for the sole purpose of headlights obviously doesn't have a clue, been going to 1320 since it opened, the prices are very fair and some things are even cheaper than online. Ive been hear a few times and the last thing i had ever bought was a suspension for my 2005 honda accord the guy had it to me pretty quicky. I went in a few more times and wanted to buy stuff and he either A didnt have it in stock or B didnt even bother to explain weather it would fit or not definitely not a place to go buy stuff from which dose not want to explain the product or why i should buy this insted of that im a business owner myself and i take the extra step for my customers they come to buy something i make sure they are fully aware of what they are getting , the very last time i went i wanted to buy another suspension for my 2006 accord same exact one the guy told me its 150 more i sed why more things dnt get more expensive they can but not by 150 more he was rude and didnt even bother to save the sale i will not recommend this place to anyone read more

I always buy my hid kits from them and my most recent purchase were some interior hids. I almost forgot to mention that the original lights were bought more than a month ago. read more

All these people leaving bad reviews over HIDS need to chill.. honestly a pretty decent parts house. They usually end up having what I need. You can sometimes find some hard to come by items here every once in a while. For example, last time I was there I saw a spats 350mm wheel in the case. Decent selection of suspension and exhaust parts. I'd say 7 out of 10 if I'm being honest. Nothing bad to say. read more

So yesterday I went to this other performance shop on elder creek called top speed. I told him how much I paid for my hid kit because his were double the price. I have 55watt ballasts from here and I thought they were bright as hell. The owner of top speed takes me in the shop and tells me to bring my 55 watt ballast in with me. He hooks it up and it's bright af then he hooks up his 35 watt ballast and it's twice as bright as my supposedly 55 watt ballast and he offers a year warranty. He goes on to tell me that 1320 will put higher wattage stickers on their ballast and sell them for more. I'm really disappointed at 1320 and feel like I've been lied to and ripped off. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back. Definitely just lost the business of me and all of my friends. Yeah the other place is $100 for a kit but from physically looking at it it's much better. And they install anything you buy too. Much more content for the guy who doesn't know much. read more

This store absolutely sucks. The guys working in there just sit on the computer. Nobody got up, nobody asked me what I was looking for or offered to help. When I asked about an intake, one guy seemed irritated. Almost NOTHING has prices, and the things that are marked are over priced. Literally everything in the store can be purchased online for cheaper. This place will be shutting their doors in less than 6 months, guaranteed. When I did decide to buy something (still was not given prices on anything) their card machine took 10 minutes to get a signal, and did not work. So unless you have a wad of cash burning a hole in your pocket, I would go online or elsewhere. read more
