Avoid this store at all costs. I went in looking for a wheel hub adapter for my 93 Impreza, I even called 2 days before to ask them and they said they had a nrg one in stock so I went down and service was good but I ask him not once, twice, not even 3 times but 5 different time if he was sure that was the right wheel hub adapter. He told yes he's he's 100 percent sure. So I asked about return policy which there is none and I know why cause they scam. I get home and the hub doesn't fit at all. They gave me the wrong part and now I'm stuck with a $150 wheel hub adapter that I don't even know what it goes too and a $150 quick release that I can't even use and I can't return at all. This is a horrible store and I don't reckoning going at all, just go online basically what I had to do either way. I came across this spot only from a recommendation from an employee from tognotti's. I had to get a quick release fastener for my bumper and went originally to tognotti's, but they didn't carry it in stock. The downside is I live in Natomas so Elk Grove is a journey but totally worth it. I called ahead of time before heading there and confirmed they had the part. If you have been around Elk Grove for a while and needed tuner parts or HIDs, this was probably the only go to place. They moved a few times and are now by grant line rd with a bunch of auto body shops. The parking is kinda cramped and there's a lot of moving vehicles from the other shops. Now before you head here, this isn't a big chain store, just a mom and pop store. They do take credit cards but no AMEX. When I was at the store I saw people come in and ask for stuff they had no idea about, this isn't a shop that has a mechanic so don't expect them to do any labor because this is purely a parts store. As for service, it wasn't anything special and they probably won't bother you unless you ask for help (which I'm totally okay with since I don't like to be bothered all the time for help I don't need). They had a lot of stuff in the shop from wheels to decals to HIDs. Prices won't beat an online competitor but it's local which can be a plus for people. Prices aren't posted on a lot of products, which I wish they did, so I didn't have to keep asking how much for this or that. I Purchased a single walled muffler delete for my FRS and when it was installed the fitment was horrible. left tip hung way low and was pushed out. Right tip was sunken in and hitting the top of the rear bumper. The part was most likely bent. The muffler delete was installed as soon as it was picked up from the shop. I would not recommend these parts to anyone as you cannot return if the part is defective since it had been test fitted. Fix your quality control, if there is any. read more

Test fit a front license plate relocator for the owner who was very nice and ended up letting me keep the front mount relocator. Very nice guy. This is your typical local car shop that has all the random cool stuff. Rather you buy it on ebay for a few buck cheaper and wait or support one of your local car enthusiast shops and get it NOW. Either way you can find anything on ebay. The bracket works great though the plate attachment to the tow hook attachment requires a special tool or something and ended up tightening it with a hand wrench. OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE. Review for 1320 Performance. I will start by saying i was pretty skeptical when seeing a 1320 cat delete pipe. I am usually someone who takes the most marketed item and puts it on his machine. I had never heard of 1320 Performance out in California so I was cautious on what to expect. Well I will say these people are all top notch people. I bought it with paypal from eBay and from the click when I was excited when I received the tracking number. I tracked it and said it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and Thursday rolled around and still no pipe. I asked my postal carrier and she gave me the 1888 number. i called and they said if you want to speak to someone would be a bit over one hour hold time. I called 1320 and they told me they would look into it and i should call back within 15-20 minutes. I called back and the customer service that was given from 1320 performance crew is one that would be expected by luxury car sales people. They told me what happened and what day it would be delivered and i was not upset. I received the box and inside was a cat delete pipe that had perfect welds and the pipe looked almost to good to hide. I did notice an increase in seat of your pants horsepower once everything was installed and a done deal. Thanks to the folks of 1320 and i will be looking to do business with them again soon. read more

So I was referred to this performance shop to buy some HID head lamp bulbs. Go to find out, that on the only day I have off, (Saturday) like most working people...they're closed at 2pm??? What kind of performance shop closes at 2pm!? So I asked the lady who apparently was the only person on staff, if she could stay open just a few minutes later so I can buy my HID bulbs because I have no working headlamps...she tells me she has to go because she has construction happening at her house. It seems that her own personal interests comes before the business of the shop. I haven't even set foot in this place yet, and I already want to take my business elsewhere. Yea not too excited to post, but whoever it was at the counter just basically didn't want to help me out or didn't want future business. Sent my cousin to grab front set of wheel spacers for the integra, brand new. Not even open yet, I decided that I didn't want the spacers on yet. Came in to return them brand new and really wanted to buy the headers and more accessories to complete my car and getting it running. The dude at the counter basically told me no (I get it you have a bunch of dumb kids ripping u off), but these weren't even used or opened. My friend called me and asked me to pick up some HID bulbs for him from this spot. It was close to closing time 5:50p and they were going to close the shop at 6p. I live in Elk Grove and I was about 15 minutes away. I called the shop and told them I would be there in 15 minutes if they can wait for me. At first they said maybe then said that if I leave right now they will be there. So I left the house right away and got to the location at 6:03p to find the lights off and the owners/workers driving off as I pulled in and parked. You obviously don't care about your customers. I was having some issues with the lights( I'm now positive that it is my car having the issues) but the guy behind the counter went out of his way to take of the issue. All these people leaving bad reviews over HIDS need to chill.. honestly a pretty decent parts house. They usually end up having what I need. You can sometimes find some hard to come by items here every once in a while. For example, last time I was there I saw a spats 350mm wheel in the case. So yesterday I went to this other performance shop on elder creek called top speed. I told him how much I paid for my hid kit because his were double the price. I have 55watt ballasts from here and I thought they were bright as hell. The owner of top speed takes me in the shop and tells me to bring my 55 watt ballast in with me. He hooks it up and it's bright af then he hooks up his 35 watt ballast and it's twice as bright as my supposedly 55 watt ballast and he offers a year warranty. He goes on to tell me that 1320 will put higher wattage stickers on their ballast and sell them for more. I'm really disappointed at 1320 and feel like I've been lied to and ripped off. I'm not sure if I'll ever come back. Definitely just lost the business of me and all of my friends. Yeah the other place is $100 for a kit but from physically looking at it it's much better. And they install anything you buy too. Much more content for the guy who doesn't know much. read more

This store absolutely sucks. The guys working in there just sit on the computer. Nobody got up, nobody asked me what I was looking for or offered to help. When I asked about an intake, one guy seemed irritated. Almost NOTHING has prices, and the things that are marked are over priced. Literally everything in the store can be purchased online for cheaper. This place will be shutting their doors in less than 6 months, guaranteed. When I did decide to buy something (still was not given prices on anything) their card machine took 10 minutes to get a signal, and did not work. So unless you have a wad of cash burning a hole in your pocket, I would go online or elsewhere. read more
