I wanted something that would look and feel…read moreprofessional like screen print where the design looks like it is part of the fabric itself and the design breathe easily avoiding those sweat patches one remembers from plastic transfers back in the days...but in fact I got just that, something stretchy, plasticky transfer-type and uncomfortable. So I guess I wont be back to that business for my big order... An advice to all people, always check all feedback web sites like this one before you use a business. Plenty of choice out there with people who will actually care you are satisfied...

The entire process has been a terrible experience…read more. 1. The shirt i ordered was not the shirt i received. I created a design that took up the entire print area, being 90% of the front of the shirt, the shirt i received had a tiny little picture in the middle. Apparently, the website had not been updated to reflect the actual print size area on that style of shirt. 2. I paid for shipping, with the understanding that it would be sent in 10 business days. 14 business days later it arrived. When i sent a complaint and asked to be refunded shipping costs as i did not receive the service i paid for, i was told that it all came down to having 2 public holidays within the time.. that still doesn't explain the extra 2 business days. 3. Email sent over a month ago to advise my shipping would be refunded .. still no refund. All emails sent to the company to follow up are ignored. 4. Customer service is absolutely horrible. It takes a few days for them to return an email, if you call you receive a lot of apologies but unfortunately no actions.
