I hired him to be the Grinch for a Grinchmas party at my home. He showed up 25 minutes late. He started out pretty entertaining, interactive with the kids, sang a few songs, and messed around with the kids, made balloon animals. After about 30 minutes, he had a hard time knowing what to do or staying in character. He did not stay the full 2 hours despite arriving late. He demanded the full payment even though he delivered less than 1.5hrs of service. His reply was that he gave me a discount at time of booking which he did but a discount is not an excuse to shorten your service. I paid him but DO NOT recommend him. read more

This company is terrible. He called the day of the party, 2 hours before the event stating he may be late. I hired a Mickey and Minnie character. They show up late at 2:19 pm and "entertained" for 41 minutes. The costumes did not look up to par and their "entertainment" was mediocre at best. We had the party room at the venue from 1-3 and the characters were to perform for 1 hour that we paid for and paid an additional $70 for travel/gas. At 3:00, the host came in and we proceeded to started cleaning up, while guests were finishing their cake. Mickey and Minnie sat at the table near my daughter, no longer entertaining because again the party was over. Some guests were even starting to leave. We went ahead and paid him because we did not want to cause a scene at the party. The following night I wrote a review on Google and his Facebook page. Minutes later he responded giving more lame excuses as why he was late and had the audacity to say most customers would have cared more about their safe travels. It is unprofessional and an insult to expect the customer to be understanding to your tardiness, but yet you took the full price. If you delete the review again, I will just write another one.
