I almost felt like he was there for the seller, the entire inspection was less than 30 minutes. The report they provided was basic and missing items even I noticed are in need of attention. Eugene was there for nearly two hours looking the house over top to bottom, using not only his eyes, but several other gadgets to ensure he didn't miss anything. The report I received was comprehensive, visual and covered all aspects of the home. This gave me a really good understanding of what was in store for me if I purchased this home as an investment.
