However, after escalating my concerns, Betenbough's leadership team personally stepped in. General Manager Bryan Watson remained engaged throughout the process, Vice President Corey Lusk personally called me to discuss my concerns, and President Cal Zant took the time to respond directly as well. While the original experience was not what I expected, I believe true leadership is demonstrated by what happens after a mistake is made. Bryan, Corey, and Cal did not ignore the situation. They listened, took ownership, remained engaged, and worked to rebuild trust. As a veteran and former leader myself, I respect accountability when I see it. I wanted to acknowledge the professionalism, responsiveness, and leadership shown by Betenbough's leadership team. Their willingness to listen and engage directly made a lasting impression on me and is the reason I am updating my review. I also want to make it clear that my opinion of the home-buying process has never changed. Courtney, Brandon, and Brenda were outstanding from start to finish. They were professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire purchasing process. My frustrations were centered on the warranty experience, not the people who helped us purchase our home. They represented Betenbough Homes exceptionally well, and I remain grateful for everything they did for my wife and me. The windows are not sealed properly and they will bury anything in the yard. I bought this home new and the warranty is, you guessed it as good as the paper its written on. They have refused to fix any warranty items, their staff is constantly quiting, and you cant get a hold of anyone. I was evacuated from my home due to their unsafe building practices. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. I dare say even Beetenbough may be better than these guys.
