The windows are not sealed properly and they will bury anything in the yard. I bought this home new and the warranty is, you guessed it as good as the paper its written on. They have refused to fix any warranty items, their staff is constantly quiting, and you cant get a hold of anyone. I was evacuated from my home due to their unsafe building practices. Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. I dare say even Beetenbough may be better than these guys.
