We tried several variations over several months and Judy did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I was never satisfied with my hair growing out and elected to cut it into a pixie again. I really wanted a flattering cut that was feminine and edgy, despite my gray, naturally curly hair. Judy gave me the BEST pixie cut I have ever had, by far! She was patient and understanding as we worked through finding exactly what I wanted and what worked best for my hair type. I am beyond grateful for her careful attention and skill! Thank you, Judy.

I planned on being a customer indefinitely and was going every two weeks for lash extensions. I…read morealways made sure to tip well. They have a clean and welcoming studio, and the ladies are professional. Although the first time I went, the hybrid extensions fell out in less than a week even with proper care, I didn't complain. However, when I had to cancel my appointment in less than 24hrs due to a sick child, I was charged $50-so heads up if you use a card they'll keep it on file and spend it. I understand the cancellation policy, but due to circumstances out of my control, I would think there would be exception since I emailed as soon as possible and it was completely out of my control. I feel I'm being penalized for having an unexpected sick toddler with nobody else to care for her. I have been in there many times when last minute appointments were accepted or artists were not booked. And FYI, had it been an emergency where I could not have notified them, they charge 100% of the service. Which is not a fair policy since the service could have very well cost less. Another studio in Savannah or Pooler will be getting my service and money from now on. So that missed money from my child getting sick cost a lot more than half of one appointment cost from what would have been a long term customer. Not impressed at all with how that was handled.

The first time I ever had my brows tinted along with a brow wax,. She was extremely patient with me because I didn't want them too dark (I'm blonde) or too noticeable, just a subtle change and they look amazing! I also had a lash lift and tint on my little sparse eyelashes and it was just the pop of color I needed! I also had my underarms and lower legs waxed. I was supposed to get the full legs done but she suggested that I really didn't need it so I appreciated her advice (and saved me money). Finally the Brazilian... I'm not sure what wax she uses but it was totally painless, she walked me through each step as she was doing it and made sure I was comfortable. Crystal is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. I'm definitely going to continue to use her services. Looking forward to turning 65 hairless and getting ready for some sunshine! I recently visited the Ulta here in Statesboro, Georgia, and the birthday rewards system was a…read morejoke. Both my sister and my little cousin had their apps ready to claim their birthday gifts, and neither of them could because the system wasn't working. A cashier said we might have it in our emails, but the emails also weren't working (that's completely not our fault). Ulta advertises birthday rewards as part of the customer experience, so if you're not going to honor them, it feels like a scam. Then when I went to check out, I was expecting to get my Benefit free gift since I purposely got more products to hit the requirement of money spent to redeem a gift. The cashier didn't even mention it. I only found out later--when my aunt tried to redeem hers--that they were "out of stock." And when I asked if I could redeem it later when they get back in stock since I paid the amount to receive a gift, the answer I got was that the gifts are "first come, first serve" and "limited quantities." Fine, if that was communicated beforehand. But it wasn't. We had a lot of help from multiple different staff members that had the chance to tell us they were out of stock or give us any kind of information at all, honestly. I wouldn't have picked out random things to hit the requirement if I had known there was no gift to redeem in the first place. At the very least, employees should tell customers upfront when rewards are out so we can make an informed decision, not find out after the fact when it's too late. On top of that, this is supposed to be a birthday perk--something fun and celebratory--and instead it ruined the whole experience. Ulta needs to fix this broken system and actually make it right for people who leave empty-handed. And let's be real--there's no way I'm the first customer this has happened to.

One downside is that I tried booking through the phone and never received a call back, but their online system is much easier to use, so It wasn't a big deal.
