I picked this place based on previous reviews and was pleased. Our campground was over charging for laundry so this was our best option. They are unmanned from about 5 or 6 until their closing.

When I explained the situation to the receptionist, she seemed unconcerned and went to retrieve the blanket. She couldn't find it-it wasn't in the place named in the computer-and brought me into their storage area to look for it. The blanket was nowhere to be found. I was prepared for it to maybe be gone, given how long it had been, but I was not ready for the poorest, rudest customer service I've ever received. Instead of saying, "I'm so sorry, we must've gotten rid of your blanket, we don't guarantee to keep items left here longer than 90 days,' she said "we only keep items for 90 days, it's on the ticket, it must've been thrown away or given to Goodwill." Sure, you guys threw away a nearly new Pendleton wool throw, not a single employee decided to take it home, sure sure. The receptionist then has the audacity to say, "It's been two years, what do you expect?" I told her I understood but that she could at least apologize, I had to say those words to her TWICE before she begrudgingly said she was sorry. Also, why wouldn't you call your customer before you decide to get rid of their stuff? Tell your mom, tell your wife, tell your kids, don't use National Laundry. Go to one of the smaller shops in town that still values service and loyalty.

I have been using this dry-cleaner for the last couple years, I go about once a month to have my…read morework clothes cleaned, and I've never had a problem. They have the clothes ready when promised, prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and quick, and most importantly the clothes always come out clean and perfectly pressed. I've never brought them any real specialty items, but I do have a couple tops that require hand-washing, and I've also had stains that needed special attention and those have turned out great. I also brought 2 very bulky sleeping bags for cleaning after a trip to Alaska and they came out like new. I see that other people have had problems with specialty items, (wedding dress, mattress pad) so maybe use caution with those types of things... but just for a regular dry cleaner, I think they do a great job, and they are always friendly.

Told me if they were unable to get anything off my dress they would contact me or if they had any issues. I NEVER heard of any problems. I picked up my dress and after I got home was looking at it and noticed that some of the sequins on the back were obviously yellow. I called and spoke with Rob the owner. He told many things, from it was my fault as I should have educated myself about dry cleaning, how it's important to establish a good relationship with your drycleaner as the they would let you know if there were issues, to wedding dresses shouldn't be dry cleaned as they are meant to be worn only once (I asked why he provides this service then, but he didn't respond). I told him this is why I was trusting him the professional to educate me. When I said I would have appreciated someone telling me this was a possibility- again I was told this was my fault as there are pamphlets hanging on the wall. He then proceeded to bad mouth his employees and say is hard to find decent front line staff. In the end told me to come into the store and he'd look at my dress but was pretty sure nothing could be done. I came in as agreed and I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life. He never introduced himself, apologized or anything. He looked at my dress and said "I didn't do this, there are 2 different sequins and that's what caused it" mind you the dresses is a mirror image of each other on the back and nothing On the left side was yellowed. He asked how much I paid for the dress, then looked over his glasses at me and said you get what you pay for and I didn't do this (dress was originally $875- I paid less for what that matters). I again stated I would have appreciated someone at least telling me about the damage and he said I didn't notice it. Really? And he's the professional! He told me to go after the dress manufacturer as it's not his problem. He did his job. I'll try to attach the picture but my 3 yr old can see the difference. Rob said he would not give me back a dime and walked away. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in every aspect! You couldn't pay me to go back.

I had a third top that I washed and wanted the rank and name tape sewn on and had it done at a location 5 minutes further and was charged $8... thats a huge price gouge in my opinion. Save your money and go somewhere else. They were nice though but if I was over charging and people were paying, I'd be happy too...

She got me in immediately the next day and completed the work on Friday. The dress turned out amazing and it barely cost me a thing, honestly I wanted to pay her more for the convenience and the efficiency. Very happy and will be going to Kim for everything I need in the future :)
