My name is Paul W. I was introduced to this 10 gym location by my best friend Les. We have worked out for years together/separate. I did not immediately become a member, but the more I attended the more I was convinced that this was and is my gym. The main reason I decided to join. It's the staff. Let's start with the fearless leader Natasha. She makes you feel at home every time you enter the facility. I watched and observed her. She treats everyone like family. She makes you feel like you belong and that you are a part of the 10 gym family. Danny is a super enthusiastic kid that really values what he is doing. I have to say all the staff members seem to have followed Natasha's lead. They are a reflection of her unyielding effort to make sure her clients and staff are successful. Lastly, but not to be forgotten. Kathy the yoga guru has helped me become pain-free. No back pain whatsoever. I can't remember when my back was free of pain. I feel better overall. I walked into 10 gym weighing 197 lbs. with skinny arms and bird legs. I was taking 2 diabetic pills, high dose of cholesterol pill, heart rate pill, blood pressure pill, and low dose aspirin. With the help of a few members, great employees, and most of all a clean gym with excellent equipment. I have lost 27 lbs. and stop taking one diabetic and blood pressure pill. My cholesterol pill has been reduced in dosage. I've dropped 4 inches in my waist and gained the need toning of my muscles in my legs and arms. My wife and I drive a crazy distance to come to this gym, but the time is quality time together. We are greed by wonderful employees that has and will take the time to notice your progress. I've made such a good family here for myself. Almost 2 years ago I was over 310 lbs and I'm 6'6 but that wasn't a good weight for me. I met 2 guys mike and norm and they became inspiration for me i used to come in here covered completely with a hoodie and sweatpants now on this day I currently weigh 225 and I couldnt be happier and now I wear smaller and smaller tank tops and shorts that come up to my mid thigh like I've never worn this attire before. natasha norm mike and a few other people I've added to my circle are constantly pushing me and telling me I've changed completely and it warms my heart everytime. I have been a member of 10 gym now for 3 months. The staff is great, willing to help and assist with what ever you needs are, they stop what they are doing to help you and are always very nice. Yes, the gym is new and clean, but the staff works very hard to keep it that way, the restrooms are always clean, I have never went in and found them a mess. I find them cleaning the exercise equipment quite often, if there is a problem with the equipment, they work fast to get it fixed. I love this place! This gym is spotless, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It took almost 6 months for me to have courage enough to try a class. Now I'm addicted to all of Mitzi's classes! She is my absolute favorite instructor at 10 Gym. It is a treat and a privilege to get to participate in her classes.The reason why I have stuck to my exercise program is because of her. Best gym ever! 10GYM just got a bunch of new squat/ deadlift platforms that are amazing. Now there are plenty of squat/deadlift stations which was really important for me. The gym is fully equipped with cardio, tanning, and lots of pin select and free weight equipment. The gym is always immaculately clean. I have been to a lot of gyms and this is by far the CLEANEST gym in Tulsa. My kids go to the fun zone and are always well cared for and safe there. The staff is always super helpful, positive and happy! read more

This is a great place to workout if you are looking to save money. I've been a member at Sky fitness and Planet fitness. 10 gym is beyond better than planet fitness hands down and pretty equivalent to Sky Fitness as well except paying $80 a month rather than $10. They have a ton of equipment and lots of space also. It can typically get pretty busy but what gym doesn't? Great place to workout! Some people are just picky about the type of gym to join. read more

I do love their gym and they went beyond themselves to correct my problem with Lighthouse Fitness. It is a very clean facility with a variety of workout equipment. I do personal training, with Evan, at the south Tulsa location. He is not only easy to work with but also keeps it fun. I actually enjoy my training seasons. He is knowledgeable and understanding. The gym is clean and well maintained, which is a plus. The staff, I have encountered, have been very welcoming. Evan has been a great trainer for my husband who had a stroke and is right side paralyzed and in a wheel chair. Using machines proved to be too time consuming, but Evan has done a great job using multiple other ways to provide him with a good workout. We just go once a week, but he's getting stronger! I have been a member of 10 Gym since 2001. I find the management team and staff very friendly and responsive. I have enjoyed the classes that are offered at different times of the day. Worked for 10Gym for over 6 years and have enjoyed it much. Management does work hard to be competitive with equipment, pricing, ammenities, and cleanliness. Have seen an increase in handling members request and issues with the satisfaction factor attached. Once they tell you no contracts, then they screw you over (silently) and refuse to cancel your membership. I was unable to use my membership due to an unexpected high risk pregnancy but they just wanted their money. Love, love, love the new gym. This gym just opened early May and is an incredible upgrade from the old location. Classroom is awesome -- except there are large windows into which others in the gym can just peer in while you are working out, but hey, that gets others interested. Great place! Absolutely love their Bootcamps! The Zumba classes are the best in Tulsa and the group fitness room is huge. I heard we had 70 people in class last week--what a fun time!!
