This is a decent gym. No frills. The machinery is older, but not bad. Some of the machines are not maintained as well at this chain of gyms as they are at Crunch in the area. Staff here is pretty mid. Not good not bad just pretty neutral. Hardly any classes. Pretty good selection of cardio and strength training machines. Good area for calisthenics as well. I would not choose this gym over some other big box options, but this is the gym that my fiancé has always gone to, so I come with him pretty often. read more

Clean machines, good variety of equipment, and not too crowded most days. I started going in the mornings at 6:30 and it was very peaceful. I will say, nights from 6-10 are pretty busy, but to be expected. Friendly service for the most part, and clean bathrooms. My personal trainer is Evan, I see him once a week and since started with him each session is a great workout. He asks me what my last workout day was and move on to the next day. Any questions I have about any exercises or need help with he will explain and show me a walk through on how to properly do them. As well as giving me advice and some apps to use for my calorie counting. I throughly like training with him and he knows what he is doing consistent and communication is very clear. been with 19 gym for many years,,, first over on 31st and now on 81st and yale, never had any problme, untill these last few months, it seems the sana is now free gratus for gay affairs, ever time i go in and use the suna ,, the lights are all ways unscrew and people in thier seems to get sometime nerverous, maybe i am wrong but a dark suna can be a dangerous place, if you miss a step and fall or ever if you fellinto the heater, ,, it woudl be a major accident, a small amount of light shines thru the door glass, i believe city code requires lights to be on all time, ,, i have advise them of this before. still, no. people one seems to be interesting in fixing the problem, some like it hot , it seems, the easy fix would be to put a globe over the bulb, adn tighten the screws, ,,, it might save some problems .. read more

This gym is pretty good overall. The people there and the employees are all good people. The equipment is well kept and everything gets cleaned regularly. The only thing I would change would be to add more 45 lb. plates so that you don't have to go looking for them when it's busy. Other than that it's an excellent gym. read more

My minor son wanted to workout at 10gym. We signed up but because he was a minor, I as the parent signed his membership. After a year we decided it was not being used enough to continue. I as the parent that signed the paperwork and pay for the monthly went to the gym to cancel the membership. I was told to cancel I needed to email customer care at ABC fitness and I was given an email address to cancel. I sent the email and received a reply that I would receive a response within two weeks. The response came that I was not able to cancel the membership because I was not the member. I responded that my minor son was the member and I was the parent being charged and had signed the paperwork. Again after charging another month I received the same standard reply. I then called to talk in person, but received the same reply that they did not care if my son was a minor, and he would be the only person who could cancel. I asked for a supervisor and received the same response. They continue to charge. Don't join 10gym it's a game to keep charging for as long as they can! read more

I called to cancel and was told I had to email my name and DOB and that I wished to cancel. I did exactly as instructed. I wouldn't have even have changed gyms except I moved to Ponca City which doesn't have 10 gym. Months later I'm being told I'm still being charged and owe money because whatever third world country call center that processes your payments didn't know if I wanted to cancel 10 gym or Planet Fitness and said they sent an email asking to verify that I didn't receive. I have been going here for years and the environment is amazing! I started out not knowing much and now almost three years later I still love this place and they are managing to update a lot of the stuff! Even in the past year they have got some new stuff! Pros: I'm not actually a member here, but I do workout at this location several times a week with a friend of mine. I didn't want to join because I am already a member of 3 other gyms (yes, that's crazy). In the months and months that I have been coming here, they only tried to get me to join twice; which I really appreciate. The employees here are so efficient at checking me in even though non member check in takes a bit longer than member check in. Lots of cardio equipment. Clean. Plenty of parking. Cons: This is a no frills gym. Basic classes, plenty of equipment, and no other services. read more

We set our membership up at the South Tulsa Location. This was all done on site. We were never told that we could not cancel at the same location, but only with the "Corporate" office that is only open Monday - Friday 8-5. When I came in on 8/27 to cancel my membership I was handed a tiny slip of paper with an email and no other instructions. I was told to send my name and birthday to the email and they would cancel the membership. I found this odd, but did as instructed also sending membership number, phone number and address. I was sent an auto reply saying I would hear back in 48 hours. Nothing! No response! I work until 5pm so I called today 9/1/22 at 5:15pm. I was told it is pending cancellation on 10/8/22. When I asked why, the assistant manager told me it's a 30 day cancellation then in his exact words said "well that still doesn't make sense." No sir you are correct it does not make sense. So be warned if you want to set up a membership, they are happy to help, but cancellation is a whole different experience. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. read more

This facility is nice by looks and equipment but the people working there could seriously use a lesson in customer service. I went with a friend to a Zumba class to try things out. I had been once before but didn't think it was an issue. 30 mins into class the "coordinator" comes and yanks me outta class saying that guests can't go to classes. I was mortified as my boss happend to show up to this class and was perplexed as to why I was being pulled out. Could that lady not wait 10 mins to tell me politely to not do that again? You don't gain business by humiliating people that's for darn sure. I hope someone who works at 10gym can shed light on why you would do this to a potential member??? A few weeks ago I started receiving texts messages from a company claiming that there was an issue with my membership. I've been a member at Sky for 18 months. I was confused and wanting to protect my credit and worried about someone using my information, called and spoke to Vanessa. She assured me that I did not have a membership and said to ignore the messages as someone had probably just used my phone number. Last night I received an email to my person email address stating that they were a collection company. I called again and this time spoke to a manager named Sawyer. He was combative and argued with me with a raised voice. I told him I just needed someone to help me and told him what Vanessa had told me. He repeatedly said, "you signed up" and this is "your problem" and it's "on you." When I asked for corporates number, he hung up. I still have no answers and can't figure out why would would let a person like this manage your business. read more

If you want to choose a gym that actually cares about its members- 10 gym is not the gym for you. When I signed up it was explained to me that the standard membership would be $20 to join and would not come with a contract and the premium membership would be $1 to join because of a special promotion, but there would be a 1 year contract. I decided to go with the standard so that I would not be locked into a contract. When I found out that I got into college as a single mom I was ecstatic. This means I plan on moving to Stillwater, so I let 10 gym know the situation and was told because I signed up for the playroom for my daughter I actually DO have a contract, and it will be over $70 to cancel! As a single mom on food stamps I tried to explain that I literally do not have $70 right now, I don't have a job since we are moving to Stillwater and I closed my bank account since I was already in overdraft. I begged corporate to please just cancel it and send it to collections and I would pay when I have the money, but they refused. So my account is still active, charging $30/ month for what I originally thought would be a $10 membership walking into the place and I literally do not have $30 a month. I am on food stamps and trying to better my life for me and my child and 10 gym does not care enough to help me out in any way. I was planning on going back after college since I enjoyed the gym and it was just circumstances keeping me from it, but the complete lack of caring and humanity from a corporation that makes millions and does not need my $70, when Im struggling to put food on the table makes me utterly sad. I spoke to real people with real tears in my eyes, and instead of just letting me cancel and pay the cancellation fee later they will continue to charge me monthly (plus service fees) for the next year for a gym I will absolutely never step foot in again. read more

I've been at 10GYM for three weeks now and loving it. It is very quick to get to the classes and it has everything I need at a smaller scale and much better price than other gyms in time (lifetime, sky, etc). All classes so far are fun and different. I get a great work out and i can also do weights or just work out in the open area. The equipment is new and the Gym is clean. So far, the best deal in town, and I feel motivated to go back every day for one or two hours of fun (Bootcamp, Pilates, Yoga, Pump, Fusion and Zumba). The only thing is that I've had to change my work schedule to live earlier so that I can take advantage of the 5:00 PM classes as well as the 6:30 PM classes. LOVE my new GYM read more

Please understand that no matter what you have to pay to cancel your membership. Whether you have to relocate due to job/personal reasons and your location does not have a 10 gym you will continue to get charged. Also I signed up for the personal training with Lighthouse. They are embedded in 10gym and they are not worth it. 30 minute session which they will not tell you, the trainers do not call you back so scheduling is a nightmare. My last 5 sessions were never completed because the trainers will not return calls to schedule sessions. I submit complaints to Lighthouse on line crickets. I complained to 10gym twice they could care less. It is sad when a person is trying to stay/get healthy and this is what is offered. I like the facilities, there is plenty of variety, it is clean and the equipment is in good shape. I don't like being advertised to as 24/7 with no contract. Yet there is a contract and annual fee. And when I arrived at the Owasso branch on Friday evening, it was closed. Then the door said 24/5, but then why are they closed at 10 pm on Friday and they don't open until 5 am on Monday. So 24/7, unless the door says 24/5 but that actually means 24/3. It great how they are rigid on the client's terms in the contract but loose with theirs on the definitions of hours of operation. read more
