Decent gym. Lots of machines and I really love that my husband and I can go in the sauna and steam room rooms together. Lap pool is nice. Staff are pretty friendly here. I just wish machines were more user-friendly. Very manual and harder to figure out how to use than at other big box gems with newer equipment. There are certain machines that I just won't touch at this gym because it feels almost dangerous. Specifically the hip thrust. You have to add the actual plates onto most of the strength training, machines here, and that is annoying compared to Crunch and others that are more "automatic" versus "manual". read more

New bulbs in the bed and they're open on snow days!! I luff this place. I thought for sure I'd have to modify my workout and do something from home, when I saw the dusting of snow outside my window. Glad the desk made it in safely and I'd completely u derstand having to close, but thankful to have the gym to come and workout at and then get some warmth in those freshly bulged tan beds. read more

i sent a request to cancel gym membership and the 1st email they replied they could not find my account. i resent with account number a second time and they accepted my written request saying it is in pending cancelation. instead of canceling the recurring charge on my credit card the last day it should have paid. they kept trying to charge my account. i put a stop pay on my credit card abd now they say unless i pay the next month and a late fee it will not cancel and keep charging membership. people this is scamming you for money when you are cancelling the membership. the rig it to keep trying to charge you. i even went to the gym to pay the last payment and she said it would not cancel till i pay the montg it was due saying that was pending cancelation and i would have to pay the next month plus late fees. i did what the contract said and gave 30 days written notice to cancel. they didnt cancel they say thats pending cancel. screwing the consumer!! people beware. dont join 10gym. they will screw you out of more money. read more

My grand daughter had a membership at this gym that I am paying for. Her and I have been trying to cancel for at least three years through there channels. To this day they lye and say it is canceled but still charge my card. I tried canceling my card to no avail. They would always charge my new card. I don't recommend joining this gym. Absolutely make sure you get what they are signing you up for ON PAPER before you walk away from that desk. They tell you that you can cancel after 3 months then sign you up for a year without your knowledge. You wont know until you try to cancel. Then corporate will not call you back. When I started digging into it more i learned i am not the only one who has had this complaint. I had a friend standing next to me when i signed up who confirmed she heard the same thing. Then i had it confirmed that you could cancel after three months by a second employee. I bet if they pull up the video & audio from the moment I signed up then they will hear their employee say 'you can cancel anytime after 3 months' and something about me having to stay long enough for them to get the larger payment they take for 'keeping up the gym' I wont stop until im taken off this contract that I did not agree to for a gym i havent visited since last year read more

I am a college student who was searching for a gym to go to over winter break. The 10Gym broken arrow location had old and falling apart equipment. there was missing cable attachments and steep increments between weights. Worst of all, I signed up for a single month and asked the employees if there were any special things I needed to do to avoid hidden fees. they told me that I had payed for the month. They did not tell me that I had to give a 30 day notice to cancel my membership. I was cheated into paying for a useless extra month, which is a lot for a college student. I would give this place a zero if I could . Came in for a simple tour right off the bat there was a young guy that was completely unprofessional and short with me he asked me to fill out all this information on iPad with hardly any eye contact. I went ahead and tried, but it started asking for a very personal information. I told him I was just here for a tour and wasn't comfortable giving out all my information he said very sharply that it was required and that he wouldn't give me a tour without it. I told him I would rather not, and if he could help me delete the information I already had put in. He refused and said" it would go away after a while" . I had to go back and figure it out myself would definitely not recommend this place to anyone that appreciates decent customer service I can only imagine the rest of the staff or facility management. read more

My family had been apart of 10 Gym for 7 yr-ish. We've never had an issue. In fact we left 5 star reviews for the Owasso gym. Staff were great. We've visited all of the gyms in the area I including Broke Arrow gym. The staff have been rude all 4 times we have been there. But the manager Brooke & staff member Gabe pushed it past acceptable this last visit. My mother (heart patient) was excited for her to use the hot tubs to soak her sore muscles & maybe show her a few exercises. When we arrived staff explained that we could not bring her in as a guest because only my wife & I had preferred. Ok... whatever, pay the fee. Their attitude & behavior started there. My 60yr old mother & 13yo daughter went to sign up for a day pass and they proceeded to tell her everything she couldnt do. My mother after paying decided not to waste the money as she wasnt able to do what they wanted & got a refund, She also stated tone & fact that there was 2 staff talking to her and on was standing arms crossed shaking his head no passive aggressively really bothered her. I was on the massage beds. My mom came to tell me that she was going to set it out but insisted we workout considering we drove over 20mins to get there. The staff stated "don't let grandma through" as we were walking to the gym floor. Ok, seriously. I asked the guy what the hell his problem was at some point. He smirked and said it's policy. Fast forward. The entire time we worked out the staff stocked, harassed and tried to intimidate my family of 6. My mother set at the front desk in a hard chair listening to them talk about our family. My kids were at the pool and were being polite, not causing problems but nevertheless, the staff showed up. I was in the steam room when I seen (as well as my kids) the manager take a picture of them. My 13yo daughter, son & his 15yo girlfriend (in their swim suits) My daughter comes to tell me what she witnessed not realizing I had seen them too because I was looking through the glass at the clock on the wall. Shortly after, Gabe comes down and embarrasses my kids in front of everyone. Now, policy is they are basic members but which means they can't be in the pool areas. Ok, no big deal. However, the way we were treated and spoke to was mind blowing. Gabe stood at the bottom of the stairs staring at my children as if they were criminals until they were able to gather their things and leave the area. As all the other patrons stared at them. I'll admit, I used some colorful language. I was pissed. Who treats a member of 7 years this way. I called to tell my mom we were leaving because we finished our workout & was going to soak but they kicked the kids out. She proceeded to tell me that she figured something was happening because the staff were talking about us & saying "go take a picture"... she had no idea at this point what we witnessed. We left through the back door because seeing them was not going to be pretty. We were all upset. All 6 of us. It was humiliating. I planned to call corporate. However, they called me first. Karen, the VP calls and I call her back. She starts the conversation telling me I was being band and my membership cancelled. She didn't say, hey I heard there was an incident. No. She wasn't concerned for my family, our experience. She took her staffs word only. I told her she took a picture, she said "No she didn't she was taking a picture of ____ (whatever it was). Oh, so she already knows about it does she? How? Because my wife left a 1 star review. She proceeded to tell me because I used colorful language (after the way we was treated)I was in the wrong. I could have handled it differently, blah blah blah... never once showed concern for us. The intimidation, harassment, stocking us around the gym, passive aggressive speech talking down & disrespect extends to the VP. Making excuses for their behavior while putting it on me because I said "foul" words. Well you bet your ass I was upset. I can not believe the way this company treated my family. If I have a question or I'm feeling overwhelmed the STAFF is always ready with an answer and a pat on the back. If you're interested in access ( not joining, because there's no commitment) get down to 10GYM and get fit! It's a safe and encouraging environment to set your goals and achieve them. Terrible customer service! I was billed $76 instead of $26. I called corporate and was told that I had a late fee. I asked how could I have a late fee when my account is automatically billed to my credit card...no good explanation. They did not offer to refund the extra money or waive it. Out of 2 weeks I only been to the 10GYM once, at the Broken Arrow location, once Thanksgiving is over I hope to go daily. With just the time I went to sign up and the one time I did go to use the gym, the staff have been very good, facility were the cleanest I have ever been to and wide variety of equipment. I went to 10Gym this morning to inquire about their facility and membership plans. I was greeted by a young and pleasant girl however, the manager who sat down to talk to me was abrupt and rude. She was not personable at all. She regurgitated some sales pitch about their membership, using some laminated sheet. When I asked her to tell me about the gym she replied "what do you want to know about it?" NO people skills at all. She made no effort to talk to me or seem interested in my fitness goals, she just wanted me to sign up. I left and went to Genesis where I signed up for a 3 year membership. I will leave an establishment if I receive bad service or am treated poorly. Their loss. read more

This place is an absolute nightmare. When I first re-joined, I was getting harassed by "personal trainers" to buy training. I had to tell them multiple times that I am a pt and to stop contacting me. they would send memes in response until I blocked the numbers. The classes are terrible, the equipment is filthy, they fired the ONLY person I ever saw cleaning the pool area. I had multiple large men follow me to the parking lot or be by my car multiple times. I mentioned it to staff but they were so unbelievably rude I was unable to finish the conversation. My final straw was in December when they had the pool closed down for weeks. I asked the front desk what was going on and if the pool was ever going to reopen. Once again, I was met with a belligerent hostile attack from a young man that acted more like he was in prison instead of a professional setting. I tried to cancel my membership right there but he said I needed to speak with the manager and she wasn't there. I called the next day and I was told I needed to come in to cancel. I came in. I was then given an email to cancel my membership. No one is responding to the email address. I'm contacting corporate when they open. If I get the same run around from them, I guess I'll be hiring a lawyer. Stay away from this place at all costs. It is unsafe, unhealthy, and bizarrely mismanaged. read more

Very frustrating to have to pay a yearly premium and monthly add on to use the sauna and steam room only for them to take it down for a whole month in December (when it's actually starting to get cold?!?!) without any compensation or credit on your account for losing access to what you have to pay extra for in the first place... but the women's sauna in their locker room is up but the men's still isn't. Still have the "handicap or senior citizen" door that is directly linked to the sauna and steam that you pay premium for but you still can't use it. Lame gym. I joined this gym during 2020. To get healthy and boost my immune system with COVID. I only use the pool and was being consistent 4-5x a week. I fell down the stairs. There staff did nothing but offer me a bandaid even though I had a huge bruise on my arm and hurt my backside. I then began coming in the lower door by the pool. They told me I was too young to use that door. It was for 50 plus and handicap folks. Karen Mellen called me and said I had to go in the front door and if I went in pool door again I would be terminated as a member. I advised her the building was not ADA compliant and they should allow anyone to use the lower pool door. So instead of having good customer service and trying to support her members, her business strategy was to tell me she would cancel my membership and I should switch to VASA fitness or the Genesis Gym who had pools too. WOW! Side note: VASA is new and amazing and has everything 10 gym offers plus more and it's the same price. AND their staff has great customer service and is kind. They actually want your business there. Karen should be fired! But she's worked there 34 years and is probably related to the owner. read more

I went through a terrible ordeal when I cancelled my contract with LFM-- lots of shady business practices like repeatedly refusing to provide me written confirmation that my contract was canceled. When I shared my poor experience with another potential customer of theirs, the next day I got a phone call from the manager. He repeatedly tried to bully me into not sharing my experience with other potential customers, and refused to acknowledge the legitimacy of my concerns about the company's business practices. read more

Not a fan, period. In a nutshell, it is just a poorly made over All American. If you're still reading I will elaborate some: management is still the same. Arrogant, snotty, watch your every single move. Some of the tactics are sophomoric. If you go as a guest or just want to try before you buy, don't even think about going to the pool area or participate in group fitness or the membership police will come after you and make you sign up or leave. The place is overcrowded and dirty. The group fitness is in an open area free for all to watch. The indoor walk/jog track makes you feel like you're running a tight circle and every piece of equipment is taken. Always. They have a month-to-month option or a 12-month option that allows one to participate in group fitness, tanning and swimming. If you're looking to join a gym for cheap, there's one a few miles north that promises you a judgement-free zone (much cleaner and easier to maneuver). DONT SIGN UP FOR THE 24$/month with a nearly free first month option! It's a 12 month contract and there's a HUGE buy out if you get trapped. They are very stingy with their refunds and charged me 2 months that I didn't use. Their emails go to junk mail so I didn't get their response when I originally asked for a refund and cancelation. They'll tell you you should've read the fine print when you signed up, but who actually does that for anything? Don't be fooled into thinking you got a good deal. We have been members here back when it was All American. As gyms go, their equipment is equal to others; nothing out of the ordinary. What I can say however, is that it is EXTREMELY WARM throughout the gym, especially where many of the high intensity cardiovascular work is (E.g. treadmills, elipitical and stair steppers). There are 10 fans in the classroom (I'm not saying that they don't need them as well), but very few througout the rest of the gym. Besides, tbe classroom ones are idle when there are no classes. I have spoken to them at the gym as well as called corporate about my concern (over heating) & was told that they were aware of it and were "getting some more fans). Yesterday, the stench was overbearing and many clients agreed that it was way too hot. The large fan that was brought in downstairs was moved to be on ONE PERSON. Others are in all the wrong places. Customer service leaves this gym wanting since 10 Gym took over. I was a member of All American for over twenty years and recently went in to start a new contract with 10 Gym. The employee that helped me was rude, young, and probably had never worked in customer service before. I had been a member at All American for 8 years before it became 10 Gym. I really liked All American and stayed with them quite a while. However the place has gone downhill within the past year. It's become overcrowded, parking has become a problem and the equipment is showing a lot of wear. The last few times I've been there I had to go to 2 treadmills before I found one that worked. I believe the most affected area is the pool, my main activity. Before 10 Gym I would go in the middle of the day and there would be three people in the water most days, and definitely not anywhere near overcrowded other days if there where more people. Now when I go during off-peak hours there are so many people in the water it's difficult to do a proper workout without getting kicked on one side and splashed in the face on the other. Last time I went there were 12 people competing for the use of three lanes. Despite the policy there are more kids sneaking into the pool area and are playing in the water, not swimming, slapping swim noodles in the water causing a huge disruption. Since the pool area is downstairs away from the rest of the facility, management has no idea this is going on. If they do know, then nothing is being done about it. One of the water aerobic instructors is very rude. I was working out at the far end away from the class. The instructor had the class go down and right back to the area where they started. I was careful and stayed out of the way, however when they came back the instructor told me very rudely that I had to get out of the water despite the fact that they were going to use the area I was at for 5 minutes maximum out of a one hour class. Her teaching style is over the top, loud and obnoxious without being motivating. I've done her class before that time and she's not effective at teaching. She seems to scream and yell out instructions just to hear herself. This place is falling into a state of disrepair. One of the stalls in the ladies locker room is broken, equipment is frequently out of service, a few of the steps down to the pool are extremely slippery and it's become overcrowded even during off-peak hours. This has only happened since it became 10 Gym. If you want a cheap place that has "no contact", this may be the place for you; however, you get what you pay for. I feel sad that I'm leaving a place that I've worked out at for 10 years, but the staff and the people I had made friends with have all left as well. Been a member for over 6 months, and the broken arrow location is a crap show. Run down equipment, trainers who are so basic and general that it seems as if they where trained off the web, and the biggest reason is the lie about being a no contract gym. No contract gym means no contract, not 12 month agreement. Not it will cost you 85.95 to cancel along with one month notice. NO CONTRACT MY ASS. I would stay away from this and any gym that tells you they are no contract or want you to sign an agreement. read more

I have to say I was very pleased with the both the atmosphere and the way I was greeted by the front desk staff and then the management, I believe his name was Brett or Billy, I remember he had a professional image with a rather large coif of hair. I got an excellent tour and detailed layout of everything, along with the classes included in each type of membership. I never felt pushed or strong armed about anything. Every time I come to this gym he calls upstairs to make sure I'm legit or if I bring a guest he calls the front desk on his cell to make sure my guests have their credentials! My family and I are hardworking citizens with college degrees from the University of Oklahoma and my dad is a business owner himself! I am a handful of African American people that even workout at the BA location because I live in this area in a NICE house! I REFUSE to be racially profiled at a predominately Caucasian facility every time I come to workout simply because of the color of my skin! I bleed just like he does! On top of that, the machines are out of order every other day and the treadmills hardly work! So don't even waste your time and money! I'm cancelling my membership ASAP read more

I have gone to this gym for over 14 years of my life, back when it was All American to now 10GYM. They have great equipment, a steam room, a pool, a jacuzzi, inside racquetball courts, private personal training lessons, personal tvs on some treadmills, and great locker rooms. It's a "no pressure" gym where you can be comfortable in your own skin. They have a very helpful and well-trained staff who are more than happy to assist you on whatever your goals may be! I personally enjoy their zumba and yoga classes! My mom and I have been going to these classes for 8 years now and we love it! I love this gym and I love all of the friends I have made here in the process! read more
