(We were not told this when we made the reservations). We said we would pay for a month, but we would have to leave earlier. They said if we left early, we would be charged the 2 week rate. I feel like I have been totally ripped off. The park doesn't have cable, or internet (except for hot spot in main building). I do not like doing business with people/companies with this kind of policy.

Download speeds are around 20 Mbps and unload are 35Mbps so expect buffering. When a water leak occurs anywhere in the park the entire water system must be shutdown. It happens frequently. Limited parking. Highway noise is bad on days with the wind coming from the south. A few feral cats roam the park. Business model is changing. They are now catering to more transient worker and shifting away from Winter Texans.
