More importantly it's salvation for a family who is absolutely exhausted from having a son who eats nothing but hamburgers, fries, and chicken nuggets while living in Spain. We ate like kings! We came for burgers but found so much more. We ordered a burger with fries, an avocado chicken sandwich with fries, and two club sandwiches, one with sweet potato fries and the other with potato wedges. All of it was delicious. The burger was cooked right (bien hechas), the clubs were stacked, and the wedges were great (much better than the fries). We got all of this American flair for €52.55. However, know that even though it's American food, it's still Spanish service (lots of waiting). Additionally, they have some pretty awesome looking desserts and milkshakes that we'll have to indulge in next time. Overall, not a bad place and a nice escape where you can get some "foreign" food. Enjoy.

I asked her where she had the straws and sent me to the bar to get them. The nacho chips were stale and the avocado was still almost frozen. Chicken sandwich had good flavor and the Pepito sandwich was good. The fries were super cold. Overall the place has potential but due to the lack of good service and mediocre food, I'm going to have to give this a 2 star rating. Don't come here unless your looking for a mood killer.

The burgers, wraps, and fries at this location are awesome! They have a daily menu that gets you a burger with fries and a drink around 14€. The staff is friendly and helpful and speak English if you need it. The atmosphere is dimly lit and warm in essence. Overall, this is a great fast-food, chain restaurant. Neither of us speak much Spanish, but we can greet and order food and always try to be polite and friendly. No chance here, as we got an immediate eye-roll and a pantomime point to a QR code for the English menu from our cold and rushed server, Anton. We took a while to enjoy the well-written menu, but we're hustled to order several times. When we were ready, our fairly clear (don't think I butchered " BB Queen Smash y cerveza Alhambra Reserva" too much,) prefer was met with more eyerolls, and we had to resort to finger-pointing the menu. Were not asked how we wanted our burgers cooked, but maybe that's just the way here. The food, as expected, was less appealing than the photos - not disagreeable, though. Tasty, to a degree, but crazy salty and Shoe-leather dry. All of that would be forgivable, but there are no excuses for the rudeness and unwelcoming service. 35 Euro for two burger, two beers and a water that showed up as a premium glass-bottle example with (apparently) no option for tap. About as expected for price. Stay away, they don't want you here.

It stayed with me for a few hours. The cheddar (switched from provolone), bacon and onions on the burger worked well together. I ended up wishing the cheddar was stronger and the arugula was non-existent. The highlight of it was the truffle sauce which blended with everything including the boiled potatoes and my wife's fries. Her sweet and a bit spicy Iberian pork was juicy, but the fries were a disappointment. They had too much crust and were a bit over done. Just to note the area this restaurant was located was almost as crowded as Time Square on New Year's Eve due to the Holidays, so they may have been busier than normal.

It could have been smoother had they just communicated about it, but that did not happen. We eventually got someone to settle our check. The food was great. The Beef Low Loin was seasoned well, but slightly undercooked so the chew was hard to get through. The fries were light and crisp and overall good. The Homemade Brownie was delicious with the Butterscotch ice cream. I wish the brownie would have been hot; that would have put it over the top.

I was a little skeptical about a burger place in Spain just because the Spanish burger meat is usually not good and the cooks usually don't know how to cook anything other than raw/medium raw. This place, though, totally surprised me. Flavorful and cooked to order, this place is legit. Also, they have other items if you're not into burgers. The nachos are huge and tasty. The service was great, friendly, and fast. They even decorate for the seasons and holidays. I will definitely be back for another burger. Enjoy!

The atmosphere is casual and relaxed with very unique and engaging decor. The food was delicious! I ordered the chicken sandwich, which at first I thought would be a solid chicken breast but actually ended up being diced chicken with a blend of sauce, avocados and some other yummy additions. The chicken even had a nice smiley flavor to it. As I was dining I noticed a mixed crowd coming in throughout the night, from children to adults, so it seems that there is something for all here. And finally.. the prices are super reasonable and fit the location well. I paid €16 for a main course, drink, and dessert. I will definitely be back!

They offer outside seating which I always opt for if available. The interior is modern and cool (a bit small) The menu of the day is usually the reason for my visit to Cokuy. They seem to always have paella on their menu of the day, served in a personal sized pan with mussels, calamari, chicken and shrimp. The seafood isn't necessarily fresh but the paella is still tasty. Pictured below is the second course, chimichurri skirt steak with fries. The fries are the best I've had in Madrid. The skirt steak was so tough though that I could barely eat it apart from the edges. My friend had the roasted chicken which was delicious. My advice is just skip the skirt steak, everything else is tasty!

I am sorry to say that the hype connected to this restaurant is way over the top. My friend…read morebrought me here because he said he had an excellent visit last Friday. Well...I think that he was in the Twilight Zone because this meal was totally different. The wings were nothing to write home about. Small pieces and the BBQ sauce wasn't even tossed with the wings; they were more like drizzled on. The chicken tenders were probably the worst I have ever had...I don't see them selling a lot and they had a vinegary taste to them. After 1/2 bite, I had enough...And the oil they fried everything in was old and the food absorbed it. The burgers finally came and they looked like something we make at a home barbecue. Nothing special. The bun fell apart. The meat was practically raw, as you can see from the pictures. The bacon was fried to a crisp and was like eating a bacon potato chip. And the fries were good, salty, crispy and oil soaked...Complimented the sub-par hamburger. I guess quality and value isn't on the menu cause I didn't see it in our meal.
