Upon pickup, I opened the box to take a look at the cake. Oversized strawberries had fallen off the cake because they were placed on the edge with whipped icing. But what was most upsetting is that the strawberries were rotten. I asked for the cake to be fixed. They were willing to place the strawberries back on top off the cake, but did not offer to replace with fresh fruit. The manager was asked to come to the counter. She arrived and stated the cake was made just the day before. I didn't doubt that, but expressed it was unacceptable to deliver rotten fruit to a child. She offered five dollars off the cake! At this point I accepted and chose to fix the cake myself at home.

The crew is energetic and friendly, if they don't have what you need and you visit the area often, they will try to have it for your next visit. The store floor is a little crowded, but that is because they try to keep up stock. The staff is helpful in loading heavier supplies, like cattle feed and salt blocks.
