The hubby usually does our taxes, but last year had a lot going on, so we decided on professional help. We received a warm welcome from Sam when we arrived for our appointment. He's a really personable guy. Super nice. He took copies of our documents and said he'd get to work on our returns. I got a call Wednesday morning that our taxes were done. That was quick! An appointment was made to pick them up the following Monday. Again, a warm welcome from Sam...and he had good news! We'll be getting both a Federal and a State refund. Happy dance! We provided our banking information and our returns were filed electronically. Sam provided paper copies for us, we paid a very reasonable fee for his services and we were done. I wish we'd known about Tax Guys years ago. Easy Peasy and no hubby stressing out at his computer doing our taxes himself. Highly recommend! They do both personal and business returns, too. I've been doing my taxes with someone else for three years so why is it I got a letter from state tax board saying Doug was requesting my FULL TAX INFORMATION online? When I called to question it the receptionist said "oh just disregard that and we'll take you off the client list" I never gave him permission to look through my tax information because we told him we weren't his clients 3 YEARS AGO. My tax lady informed me what he is doing is illegal and to report him to IRS for fraud. Stay clear of this place!
