After she finally exited the premises, I of course shut the door in her face, and she proceeded to open it and yell more things at me. Pretty sure that's not a legal thing to do. I'm allowed to be frustrated as a resident whose rights were pretty much violated -- I have an excuse. A real estate "professional" acting this way in public -- insanely unacceptable.
