They were also thankfully understanding with my unusually long time between drivers ed & completing my drive times (due to life circumstances) and were kind and patient when helping me schedule in-car lessons.

The delay was caused by inclement weather which was fine but we had to wait over a month for that class to be rescheduled. That basically held my daughter up from completing the class. We were told that we would have to wait for a whole new class of students to join before they would schedule a make up class. Also the driving instructor Jason was on his phone almost the whole time my daughter was driving. For students that are already nervous about the beginning stages of driving to feel like the instructor is not paying attention and helping to give instruction can make them not want to drive at all. That is exactly what happened with my daughter . I did provide that feedback to someone at the school and I was told they only have 2 driving instructors and the other driving instructor only had driving times early in the day while my daughter was in school. Save your money and find a professional driving school that will provide good education and good service.

I thought that Michael was excellent in explaining what the car is doing when the clutch is engaged versus when its not. He was very patience when I stalled out the car (multiple times) and provided a calm influence when trying to get the car started again by going back through the basics. The only concern I had was we were only able to drive in the AMC parking lot. I don't believe that was clear initially in during the purchase of the class. I really wanted to drive around the area to get a better feel of where the clutch point was and get more practice starting from a stop. As I think back, this was my biggest issue, however, I understand due to safety not wanting to have a new driver on neighborhood roads. However, this is what would stop me from giving the lesson an excellent. In conclusion, I would suggest the class to anyone who wants to learn how to drive a manual and who doesn't have access to anyone to teach them.

They told me that I couldn't do that and that because my permit expired I had to go through the class all over again. Not being well educated about that being a lie, I went on ahead and did it because I believed they were telling me the truth. Truth is that I didn't need to and that they were money hungry. The instructors were very invasive and asked me if I liked to drink alcohol and made fun of the fact that I did during the subject of alcohol and recreational drugs during one of the chapter. They talked about how much they loved weed. During various times, the drug dealers would bang on the door to talk to them and the husband would disappear to go talk to them sometimes. Once I passed the course, they told me that they would fail me for the driving part and it was only day one because they wanted me to give them money for additional hours which did not make sense and they claimed I was terrible. If I was, that would be expected of me but why are you asking for more money and my sessions are not even over? they are greedy. when driving with the instructor, he distracted me by playing music, talking on his phone and even instructed me to cross the double solid yellow line over to enter a exit to the driving school parking lot. I have read some reviews after all this happened to me on facebook and some people have said the same thing about them telling them they had to do the course all over again. Don't let them fool you. This is a family owned business but they are con artists.

She's so calm, very pleasant, professional and really motivates you. Driving with her was a breeze. She really helped me feel confident on the road, her calmness made me forget my fears and anxiety.
