We immediately called because the driver had left right after he did it. The company sent the driver back and to use our hose and to wash it off that that should handle it that it wasn't oil and that it should go away. needless to say it did absolutely nothing to remove it. The company promised us repeatedly that they were coming out to address the situation and said they were always ordering new cleaning supplies to do it each time.
