Avoid Shari's Berries. I gave them 1 star because 0 stars was not an option. Their customer service is inept and completely useless. They couldn't deliver my Valentines Day order and never notified me. When I called they said they were "out of stock" and would deliver 3 days later. My order was placed 3 weeks earlier. The Inept customer service agent ended up cancelling my order while trying to give me a discount for my trouble. The agent told me I'd have to reorder myself which I did. I waited 5 days, again no delivery. This time customer service said credit card was declined though my order was placed successfully on their website. I called my bank and they said the charge had gone through, the payment had posted and they had received no refund request from 1-800-Flowers. I had to cancel the payment with my bank. I came here for my wedding bouquet and the woman who helped me was amazing. It took me a few days of calling the shop to try and pinpoint when I could go in and speak with her but once I did I was so happy. I had a general idea of what I wanted and more importantly a budget, and she was so helpful at showing me the types of flowers she had or types of flowers she could get in my budget. She helped me create a gorgeous mix of flowers for my wedding day bouquet and Incorporated the fabric and details I wanted into my bouquet. She was accommodating and nice. Day of, delivery was exactly as I had asked for it, which is ideal when you have other vendors scrambling around. To know you can count on them is one less thing to worry about. Beautiful job, I was so happy with my flowers, and the price point! Places will upcharge you the second you say wedding but this place was fair and charged appropriately for the flowers used. read more

In the past 2 months I hae ordered from 1800flowers, once through Shari's berries and the other 1-800Flowers. Neither purchase arrived on the day or even near the day expected. The Berries were supposed to be next day air to the a family member, when they didn't arrive I told them and they took 2 more days to get a replacement box of chocolate covered strawberries. The worst part is the origianl package arrive 5 days later pretty disgusting having spent 7 days in shipping. The 2nd incident was a same day delivery of flowers. I ordered specifially because they were listed in the same day delivery category. I received a call a few hours later tellling me they couldn't get delivered that same day. Of course it was too late by then to call a local florist so the date was missed. The weirdest part is the next day (Friday) I checked if they would be delivered, they told me yes, on the next Tuesday. The same day flower order on Thursday of one week, couldn't be delivered until the Tuesday of the next week....in what book is that same day. If you can't deliver don't take the order. I see there are some bad reviews on here, but I have had nothing but FLAWLESS arrangements from Perfect Petals. I LOVE working with Cheyenne, who is the absolute sweetest! She always takes care of my orders and has them prepared when needed for pick-up. We use them for our company florist, and they just delivered 8 "A-dog-able" arrangements for Valentine's Day. They are the cutest baskets ever!!! All the ladies in the office couldn't believe how pretty, and adorable, this arrangement was. The quality of their flowers has consistently been top-notch, and I've ordered at least 10 times from this location in the past 6 months. I ordered my girlfriend a large expressions of pink bouquet to be delivered to her job in a certain time frame on her birthday with a happy birthday balloon attached to the vase. Figuring it was a large bouquet I ordered several days in advance so it would be perfect which at just shy of 150 bucks it should have been. She was delivered a horseshit bunch of flowers total 8 stems I counted that I could have got in any local supermarket. The only correct parts of order were vase balloon and delivery time. I call Wednesday night to complain and was assured the appropriate arrangement would be delivered Friday. No delivery... I call again and am told florist claims he delivered the proper order. I am attaching photos of what I ordered and what was delivered . You judge. Only my girlfriends cooler head and convincing prevented the vase being thrown through their front window last night. Worst experience ever. I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day. Not only did they not get sent the day I PAID for but they never came at all. After four days of claims that they will be delivered, I cancelled. MY order. I used groupon and had to go through 1-800-flowers for my voucher reimbursement.... another thing that I never got. I was promised a $20 savings pass for the inconvenience. I sent three emails complaining about it and almost two months later I never got it. They claimed it was system generated and because of holidays it might be delayed. It was being sent through e-mail. I finally decided to use my voucher and just wait for the flowers to come. Now my voucher keeps saying it's incorrect. Another glitch. Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again. It ruined my holiday and has been very stressful trying to use my voucher. The shop in Saratoga Spings didn't put my name on who it was from and didn't write out the message I requested, they just put a generic card. Called customer service about this in Ohio and they made the situation worse by relating what happened to the shop in Saratoga Springs. They sent more flowers to my brother and they put on the card this is for not putting your brother's name on the card which was embarrassing AND while my brother and his wife were grieving. I walked into​ the Clark location of 1-800-Flowers about 1 hour ago, approached a young man behind the counter, and asked him if they sell chocolates with floral arrangements here. He looked so confused and slowly repeated the question back to me, he then walked me over to an older man putting together a flower​ arrangement. I asked the other guy if I could buy chocolates​ as not all florists​ sell chocolates with their arrangements. Side Note:: In total there are 4 employees in this store and not one asked if I've​ ever shopped there before, what is it I am looking for​ or if I was coming in to pick up an online order; It seemed as if I was an unwanted guest in their shop. Annnyway The older guy looks up at me and says "We have chocolates​ if you pay for them" as if I came into a​ florist​ to steal their chocolates​. I ordered flowers as a gift for Mother's Day and you send me a very deceptive email stating that my flowers were delivered on 5/8/2021, which was later confirmed to have never happened. I then had to contact your company to identify what was happening to be told that not only was my delivery not made, but I get the lovely news of finding out that you took it upon yourself to reschedule it for 5/11/2021. I cancelled the order right then and there and requested a refund. I was told that all of this was taken care of. Fast forward to today 5/11/2021. I get another email stating my delivery is in transit. I get the lovely task of speaking to your customer service department who doesn't understand a word that I'm saying also very frustrating. I discovered not only was my refund processed but I was then told that in order to begin the process I would have to have the recipient refuse the delivery and then call back again to initiate a refund. The store has a very unprofessional staffing, besides a few girls that seem to work in the retail part of the store. I am unsure if it's retail or people being pushed around left to right of what to do. I came to this store to get a boutique of flowers for my girlfriend and dealt with the rudest and uncaring worker I have observed at a job. He didn't say his name at first and acted like I was someone that entered his house without asking. He couldn't really help me with what my interest were, in the artistry of flowers, that he kept getting frustrated and started asking for help from someone that was behind the separators in the store. Still struggling to help me and having a nasty attitude with me, he issues a girl from the back to help me further. I asked the girl for his name and his name was apparently Brian. I respect anyone working in this economy and pushing themselves to accommodate a job, but never have I dealt with terrible service with someone like Brian. Since I was there for over 30 minutes I saw how he treated and interacted with people who worked there and how inattentive and indirect he was. You can tell how frustrated his workers were getting with him and how uninterested and unpronounced he was; as if they didn't even work there. Reading the bio of the store and having to walk out without ordering anything, because of how terrible of a vibe Brian set out, I had to make a review. Do not go here if you want people that care about what is going into your order. When they arrived the quality was horrible you could not tell at all that there was a puppy, they looked like normal but cheap flowers. I used them specifically for this puppy boutique & wish I wouldn't of wasted my money. Company was extremely rude when I called to complain about it. Both my sister and I ordered flowers for Mothers Day from this store. Between the two of us, we spend nearly $150. Upon arrival, both bouquets of flowers were wilted, with the water in the vase black. I called the store and spoke with the owner Paul, who was extremely rude and unapologetic. He took no responsibility for sending dead flowers from his store, claiming that something must have happened during delivery. Speaking to my mother, it was clear that the flowers had bee wilted for some time, but even if the flowers were fresh coming out of his store, he should have taken responsibility for the flowers until the second they reached my mother's front door. To make matters worse, my mother is recovering from breast cancer. This is the first mother's day when she is in remission and thankfully healthy. All three of her children live out of state and we wanted to mark this occasion with some beautiful flowers as we were unable to celebrate this day with her. It is some sick irony that my mother received wilted flowers. I explained this situation to Paul so he can understand why we were so upset, but he just seemed unconcerned and uninterested. I am so disgusted with the treatment over the phone and the service, that this is the first time I have ever written a review on-line (negative or positive). I am usually calm when I deal with customer service problems, but as I spoke with Paul, I kept on getting more and more aggravated, and this has led me to raising my voice (something I have never been pushed to do before). Please avoid this business at all costs and save yourself the hassle. I would like to say that after calling this branch, I contacted 1-800 - flowers directly and they were extremely helpful, understanding and polite. I spent over 120.00 for the arrangement and did not even get what was pictured on the website. 1800 flowers used Perfect Pedals located in Clark NJ. The arrangement was half the size that I was supposed to get and was not even arranged. It looked like they just jammed flowers in a vase. Flowers were cut very short The bow was not even tied on because the ribbon was cut too short. They should be embarrassed to let this arrangement go to a customer. The 1 star is for the pretty vase. My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day from our florist in Woodbridge. But I work in Plainfield so they were delivered by Perfect Petals. Came dried out with the smallest shriveled roses I've ever seen!! I bought them back to the Woodbridge florist (Floral Expressions where they were orig ordered from). They could not believe it. Extremely disappointed, they are liars, order at your own risk!! I ordered flowers for a family member's funeral, it was so important they get the order right, that I visited the store instead of just calling. I indicated the personalized label that I needed over the flowers three separate times to the girl taking the order, she assured me it would be on there. I made sure she understood how important this was to me, she said it wouldn't be a problem. The day the order was supposed to be delivered to the funeral home, I called 1800 flowers again just to be sure the band would be there and the man that answered the phone assured me that he personally saw the order leave and it was there. My boyfriend bought flowers from this company for me for Valentines Day and they were horrible. I was suppose to receive an arrangement of red roses, instead I received what looked like a bush with dead flower peddles on the bottom and only one rose standing that was brown and red. So I basically got a box of dirt and dead flowers from this company. I called to have my boyfriends money returned but they said they could only resend me a new complimentary arrangement with no charge and promised me quality flowers this time around, so I stupidly agreed thinking maybe this time I will get good flowers to have in my house since it was no extra charge. Now I got the new flowers and they are just as bad as the previous, instead of the red roses that they said I was going to get to replace the ones my boyfriend paid good money for I got those cheap flaky rainbow flowers that you could get at your nearest supermarket for $2. At this point I just don't even want to deal with this company anymore or give them anymore of my attention, especially after spending over an hour with customer service trying to get what was suppose to be complimentary "quality" red roses.
