I ordered flowers for my Mom"s special birthday well in advanced. I gave specific instructions as to what the bouquet should look like. They did not follow my instructions nor call me to see if I minded that they did something else. The bouquet was delivered and it was horrendous! I called the shop to discuss and the staff was so rude! They told me that's what I ordered. I said it was not and told them I would not be paying for it. They said they would have Arlene call me To discuss. The next thing I know they went back to my Mom"s and took the flowers!!!! Without me even knowing! Who takes flowers back in a pandemic? They did not try to make this right , instead Arlene argued with me saying it was my fault. She then twisted and blamed it on the pandemic. Honesty, if you could not have filled my order you should of told me and I would of went elsewhere! GREED! Thanks for making my birthday stressful as well since I share the same day as my mom! Probably the worst florist I have ever spoken to. I was suppose to receive a delivery on Saturday per a friend that sent flowers , only to get a call 4 days later to say we had a delivery. The women I spoke to had a horrible attitude (she's in the wrong business). This is the 2nd incident I've had with this florist , I would not recommend them. read more

Ordered from them for same day delivery. Never showed. Called back at 11:15 the next day, the lady had an attitude, told me it came in late, but I have my receipt online says 9:34 am. Just a poorly run local business with plenty of competition. I'd go elsewhere. read more

Don't use this florist! They use to be good and I was surprised by the recent reviews and chose to use them again. They are using some middleman phone service now so you don't actually get to speak with the local shop. Order that was suppose to arrive on Christmas Eve never did. No proactive call that day to let me know. No call today (day after Christmas) to let me know. When I called and got the service again to make sure I didn't get charged, no explanation or apology nor assurance that I wouldn't be charged. Just told I'd get a call back. Too many good options to waste your time on this one. read more

Do not use this florist. I placed an order on 12/30/19 to be delivered on 1/2/20 for a deceased loved one. The arrangemet to be delivered to a funeral home. The flowers did not arrive. I called the owner who 'Was just leaving for the day' informed me I did not place an order with them. I had to greet family and friends but placed another call a half hour later. I spoke to another person who placed me on hold for 20 minutes speaking to the owner. She informed me they did not receive any order. I asked how she knew my name for I only gave her the deceased, funeral home location and the date of the order. She insisted I gave her my name. The following day after the burial, we placed a call to the owner. She again insisted they had no record but did an about face when I informed her I had a print out of the eleven minute call from my phone carrier's log. She offered to send us flowers. Knowing we could not go back and correct this, we accepted requesting a premium arrangement. She began to argue the quality to be sent and said 'The service made this mishap not me'. She abruptly ended the call. The 'service' answered our call. The 'service' placed the order. The 'service' offered a picture of the arrangement on their site to view. The 'service' took all our information including credit information. We cannot believe our treatment in a time of sorrow. We forever have memories of a beautiful person. Clark Florist did not comfort us, but gave us more grief. Patronize at your peril. read more

Very happy with the arrangement of Roses I purchased for my wife. The service was prompt as the turned around a really nice bouquet for a special occasion. I found the prices to be reasonable compared to other florists on the area and the lady was not too pushy. I would definitely go back. My only "better if" would have been more filler (baby breathes) material for the long stem roses as they don't exactly fill out the vase. I would recommend for a solid, local floral provider. read more

I ordered flowers for my mothers funeral mass. told them specifically that I wanted mainly lavender and purple flowers and could mix in SOME pink and white..was told no problem. the flowers were delivered to church....ALL WHITE AND PINK with 2 stems of lavender daisies. When I called to complain they simply said didn't have any purple or lavender flowers that were opened. I said very disappointed...was asked if anyone else was upset... told them i ordered...should have been called and told colors unavailable. I could have gone to SHOPRITE and picked up the colors I WANTED. they asked if i wanted some purple flowers now---a little late for the mass....then told they didn't like the way I was talking..heres the kicker....I warned them ahead of time that I sold cut flowers wholesale for 15 years and they still delivered an incorrect order without notifying me of any problems...will never deal with again..........BUYER BEWARE read more

Ordered a dozen roses for delivery to my wife for our 25th anniversary. Roses were nice but arrangement was terrible. Looks like someone just shoved the roses, baby's breathe and barely any filler into the vase. Considering the cost ($72 including delivery) I definitely overpaid.
